• Second room smelled like smoke and we needed to change.

• The air-conditioning really cooled the room off quickly, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome!
• The breakfast buffet could have been a little fresher.

• We enjoyed the breakfast. There was something for everyone to choose for breakfast. We told all our friends what a great breakfast we had.
• Our bed was so comfortable. I did not want to get up early and leave at 5:00 am.

“Next year when we are invited to the car show we have already decided to stay and extra day. We enjoyed the comforts of this hotel. Our club was asking where did we stay and we said in the best hotel in the area. I bet we have the group stay with us at the Radisson Hotel next year.”

• The room was very nicely appointed, great bed, nice bathroom.
• It was a little farther from Studio City than expected.

“This hotel met and exceeded my expectations, nicely appointed, great beds; nice bathrooms although the shower was an interesting, clean, comfortable. A little farther away than expected would hate to have driven it during high commute.”

• The gym equipment.
• Room smelled of bleach. Beds were very uncomfortable.

“Overall, I was displeased with the experience. The hotel is not located in a nice area. The rooms were rehabbed, with a combination of moldy and rusty parts against granite and newer parts. The bar was slow. The food was so, so.”

“The hotel is fine for a business traveler or someone on vacation looking to save money and is willing to drive to get to la attractions. It's a good value, clean enough, and quiet (at least on the side of the hotel we were on).”

• Location, far from freeway.

“The hotel is much nicer in side than what I expected. Maybe a 2 1/2 to 3 star. The area was not the best; it was safe but not a great part of town. A bit far to the freeway (101) I could not get a room at others so this was the default. In a pinch, it was not bad.”

“I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who doesn't to stay in the hustle & bustle of the city. It was very clean & well lit at night in the parking lot. Room was clean & oh my gosh the bed being the first in a chain of hotels was awesome it was a sleep number. My husband is so wanting to by one of these beds & I agree for someone who has a hard time sleeping away from home.”

• Not clean; unfriendly staff; can hear traffic.

“Found used cleaning rag on chair, beat up furniture, carpets are stained and they were obviously not vacuumed, bathroom wasn't clean (dirty sink/counter top), towels/washcloths had holes in them. I think they began cleaning my room then left 1/2 way through it?! Exterior walls are thin and you heard the traffic all night. Food in restaurant was just okay and service was lacking. It was a very disappointing stay. I couldn't wait to leave.”

“It was a really nice hotel. The bathroom had a shower and separate bath. The air conditioning was good- it was over 100 degrees that week. They have "Sleep Number" beds which are pretty nice. My only complaint was that it was not close to the 101Fwy so I had to drive a bit to get there.”

• Great quality for price. Excellent & ample parking. Loved the swimming pool and hot tub!
• They offered no rooms with 2 queen sized beds.

“I will be back to this hotel. It is close to Magic Mountain and not far from Venice beach and Universal Studios. Great value for price! My wife and kids all really liked this place.”

• The show and bath tub was separate.
• Pool was dirty, staff was snotty, and bad location.

“The room was pretty decent. I enjoyed the bathroom how it had the shower and tub separate. I was with my 2 nieces and they love to swim but the pool was dirty and wasn't clean for the time we stayed there. The staff stared at us like we didn't belong there. The linens gave me some sort of rash, and they were "clean". I was just so happy to get out of there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. I have had better service from cheaper hotels.”

• The front desk staff was very helpful with directions and printing out map quest pages for me.
• Location is a little obscure, but as I said they were helpful with directions.

“This was a clean and comfortable stay with friendly staff. I was only there for one night so can't attest to anything that a longer term guest would be interested in.”

• Room too small, not conveniently laid out.

“I thought the grounds and common areas were very nice, but the room was too small and the door to the bathroom was too close to the front door, swung out and interfered with the front door. The room was very narrow and I felt squeezed just getting by the entertainment armor The chair at the desk bumped against the bed when I sat in it and there was a lounge chair squeezed in one corner that wasn't usable because there wasn't room for my legs. The bathroom was very small also and there was barely room for the amenities, much less any of my things. The "sleep number" beds might be okay if I knew what mine was. Apparently I don't, because I found it very uncomfortable. Thanks for listening!”

• AC unit was noisy and the hot water for the tub ran at a trickle.

“The rooms are put together well. Although we would have preferred two beds the king size, Sleep Number bed was great. Room was clean and general hotel noise was low. Well lit parking lot and hotel is close to a lot of great shopping and food.”

“With the exception of parking problems on a busy Friday night, we loved the hotel. We had a view of the pool from our balcony. And the bed was great -- a sleep number bed with a synthetic down comforter Very nice!”

• The room was very large and there was a large patio. The bathroom with the separate tub and shower was marvelous.
• The prices for the food in the restaurant were high compared to the quality of the food.

“This hotel was great. The room was very large and the Sleep Number bed was a great surprise and the best night sleep I've had in a long time. The bathroom had a separate tub and shower stall which is rare in hotels. There was also a VERY large patio off the room with a large table and chairs and a wonderful place to sit and enjoy the weather. The restaurant was overpriced compared to the quality of the food. The one morning I tried to eat in the restaurant and the waiter kept telling me I had to have a coupon to eat the buffet and I kept telling him I wanted to order off the menu but he was insistent on the coupon. The front desk staff told me I did not need a coupon. I wasted so much time that morning I had to leave without eating. Other than that, I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again.”

“Hotel people was friendly and solved a problem I had when I arrived. I chose a room with 2 beds. I included 2 adults and 2 kids, but when I got there, they told me I had a King bed. They were able to find a 2 beds with no problem. Thanks to them.”

“This hotel is old and has been slightly updated. We like the addition of the shower in the bathroom. There is only one elevator to go up to the rooms, and it takes a while to wait for it. There doesn't seem to be enough parking. The staff was friendly.”

“When the room was cleaned it wasn't sanitized we know this because we watched him change the sheets and towels and do nothing else. When we reported this to the front desk he came up and sprayed something on the sink and wiped it down but didn't clean anything else including the toilet. The room wasn't even vacuumed. I ended up cleaning it myself.”
