• The room was great!
• The Starbucks served in the gift shop was awful! The lady only fills the drinks up half way!

• Very comfortable beds and clean rooms.
• The pillows were very uncomfortable. Nothing to them.

• It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
• The room had a stale smell - folks standing right outside the entrance smoking so you walk through a wall of smoke when entering the hotel.

“My husband and I were in Buffalo, NY visiting our daughter and our new grand-daughter. When we first checked in, we were given two double beds instead of the king we had requested. The room was comfortable, but there was a slight stale odor in the room so I had to go out and purchase some air freshener. Will be staying here again. Thanks Priceline.”

• I was impressed with the service, the decor of the rooms and linens.
• Nothing. Perfection.

“I'm already recommending Priceline.com to my friends and telling them about my wonderful hotel stay. Our van broke down at the Buffalo Airport after returning from a week at Walt Disney World. I didn't know what to do. It was 1am! I called the hotel where I was told that even though the shuttle driver was prepared to go home, he would still come and pick up me and my two young girls so they could get some sleep. He showed up promptly and we were whisked away to our beautiful room where my youngest fell asleep in the comfortable bed almost immediately.”

• Good central location. Well kept pool area.
• Cleanliness not up to par for an upscale hotel.

“An average hotel for a stay. Our hall area on the fourth floor had a terrible smell. The room was not cleaned to perfection. Lots of hairs found in bathroom and counter top areas. My children found a a sign under the beds that read we clean under the bed, yet we found garbage under the bed. Also, wireless Internet connection was only accessible in rooms for a $10 per day fee!”

“The maid service for a so-called 3 1/2 star hotel was poor. The linens were not changed when asked, in room coffee pot was not cleaned and replaced with fresh coffee. Toilet paper was not replaced. Room was not made up completely on at least 3 of the 7 I was there.”

• Nice pool and friendly counter people.
• Noisy hallways and two people at hotel counter not experienced enough.

“We usually stay here, but it was not a pleasant stay this time. Kids running up and down hallway. AC was not working enough on our first night/first room. Changed rooms where it was terrible noisy. Didn't sleep well. Found out internet $10.95 a day.”

• Close to the highway. Received a mini-fridge upon request, at no charge.
• Paper thin walls.

“I'm very happy that I didn't pay full price. I ate in the hotel restaurant. The Tuscan salad was delicious; however, the vegetarian pasta was extremely bland. I forced myself to finish the meal. The walls are extremely thin. It sounded like the person next door was showering in my room. Not a pleasant way to wake up in the morning.”

• Everything was clean and attractive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable.
• There was a nightly fee for the internet. They also charged for local phone calls.

“This hotel is very nice. The staff was very helpful upon check-in. My room was clean and very well appointed. The bed was very comfortable with lots of cozy bedding and pillows. The bathroom was nice but small - too small for a family but it was fine for just one or two. There was a chair and nice workspace with plenty of electrical outlets. One thing I was not expecting was the nightly charge for the internet in the room. There was a sign on the desk alerting me to this fact. Also, there was a charge made for local phone calls of $1 each. I read everything in the room and did not see anywhere where this was posted and was unfortunate enough to make local calls. The internet was not working in my room and I had quite a lot of work to do on my computer so that was a little inconvenient. The hotel does have a computer room for guests on the main level which is available at no charge. I was able to use this until the issue was resolved. It was late the night I arrived and I ate dinner in the hotel restaurant which was very good. They have a far above average work-out facility with lots of machines and even free weights. The pool looked nice but I did not use it. There was quite a large patio area just outside the pool area, with lots of tables and chairs. Overall I was extremely please with my rate and the quality of the hotel.”

• Hot tub did not work.

“Rest. service very very slow it took 15 min. Before someone came over. Did not receive my Nachos I ordered, she forgot them and it was to late to wait. Food order took long coming out and the rest was not busy at all 3 tables were full.”

• They took my daughters personal swimming towels and washed them.

“Staff was friendly, the rooms were exceptionally clean and the pool and the weight room were modern and clean. The restaurant served a variety of food for both young children and adults and that was reasonably priced, generous in proportions and tasted great.”

“Hotel staff was awful. I found myself in a difficult situation and the staff did absolutely nothing to help me out. It would have been very easy for a staff member to rectify the situation. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.”

• The indoor pool was a plus for my children. They had somewhere else besides the room to go and feel like children. The location made it possible for.
• The hotel could not honour our requests for two double beds. The other guests on our floor were noisy and drinking in the hallway of the floor.

“The location of the hotel is great. Have excellent facilities and amenities but please do not go to the hotel when they have guests in for the hockey tournament!”

• Nice room, clean, bathroom updated, bedding was clean, soft and comfortable, TV was nice.
• Very nice, but not terribly exceptional. The pillows were terrible.

“Everything was very nice, staff was friendly and helpful. However, my daughter left her phone charger in the room-we called them as soon as we realized this. They said the room hadn't been cleaned and they would call to let us know either way if it had been found. No one ever called. I e-mailed them, and my daughter phoned, but we never did hear anything. This was our fault to leave there, but if they couldn't do anything they should have just told us that.”

• Better looking on the inside than the outside, a really fun and pleasant surprise.
• The restaurant was slightly lackluster in it's, pizazz.

“Great place to stay, recommend it 100%, the restaurant was slow and slightly dull on a Sunday night, but would probably be hopping on Friday. Don't let the outside fool you, all the work and money are on the inside, beautiful clean hallways and great looking rooms.”
