• This hotel was in an excellent location to all attractions. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and accommodating.
• There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.

• Hotel was new, clean and well kept.
• Check-in is at 3 PM and our room was not ready. Many people after us were able to check in promptly.

“We ended up waiting about 15 minutes and then I went back to the front desk and the staff had forgotten about us. They did not do it out of malice or anything. They were just on relaxed Vermont time. All in all, we enjoyed the stay. They should have a shuttle into Burlington.”

• The location was great and close to restaurants and shops.
• Housekeepers started cleaning too early and they forgot to give us more toilet paper and we had to ask for it at the front desk.

“Housekeeping is a disappointment but other than that it was a decent hotel.”

“Everything was great except the lack of visible signage. It was raining when we arrived and we could not see the sign, yet the sign for the hotel next door was clearly visible.”

• Free internet, friendly staff, nice beds and pillow assortment.
• Restaurant only serves breakfast, way too far from Burlington, had to rent a car to go to conference.

“Great hotel if you're planning to rent a car to travel around Burlington area. Too far from Burlington if you're attending a conference and didn't plan to rent a car all week. Free internet, nice beds and pillows, friendly staff. Very quiet, very safe. Free coffee (not bad!) in lobby in a.m. and fruit and cookies in pm. Restaurant only open for breakfast; you need a car to get to other restaurants.”

• Location was great! Quiet until the guy on crutches checked in upstairs.
• Despite great location, it was hard to find. See also: guy on crutches.

“Probably not worth the price per night posted inside the door. Convenient to town but not in town. Convenient to the Interstate, without the feel of being right off the interstate. Confusing, because there are three by Marriot hotels, all right next to each other with little to no signage to help you find the right one.”

• I loved how when the cleaning staff came they didn't left a note.
• I think they washed their sheets in something with colors and dyes. I'm allergic and ended up with hives for a week after.

• Friendly staff, clean, great location.
• No signs posted that there is a charge for the breakfast and that they waited until we had started eating to let us know about the charge.

“The hotel was wonderful as well as the staff. The only thing I did not like was the fact that there were no signs or mention that there was a charge for the breakfast buffet. The way that the buffet is presented makes it seem as though it's free and included in your stay. It is not until after you have started eating or almost finished and ready to leave the table that they present you with a bill. Kind of tricky.”

• The staff was very helpful and friendly.
• Housekeeping was a problem in the rooms. They did' not replace glasses, change lines daily. This was bought to managements attention.

• Not in the center of town, outside of Burlington.

“This hotel was comfortable and convenient. The customer service was great. It is a few miles out of downtown Burlington, but with a free ride down there it was only a $15 cab ride back.”

• The people at the desk were very nice.
• The cleaning people were very noisy just outside our door, very early, my husband got in late, they woke him up.

“Except for the early morning noise in the hall from the cleaning people (even after I told them my husband got in late, after working all day and a 6 hour drive) and was still sleeping. They were so noisy they woke him up, and usually he can sleep through Anything. Everything else was wonderful, the people at the front desk were very nice & helpful, the exercise room & hot tub, everything else was great.”

• I did not like the breakfast buffet, expensive and low quality.

“I thought the hotel was clean, staff was polite and professional, room was functional and nicely furnished. Pool area was clean. Breakfast was lacking. Most hotels I have stayed in offer a small complimentary buffet breakfast and I thought the breakfast was included, but I was surprised when I helped myself to a very small serving of breakfast and was handed a check for almost 10 dollars.”

“Courtyard by Marriott in Williston, VT was pretty much perfect relative to my anticipation of what I expected. Easy to find, close to the main road, close to where I had to be in the morning, comfortable, clean room, warm, delicious cookies! Outstanding!”
