• Staff from the cleaning personnel to the front desk and everyone in between made our stay wonderful, always helpful.
• Wish the pool was bigger and you had a lunch/dinner.

• Beverage service.
• Exercise room.

“Very new and clean. It is not near anything except the interstate. Quiet and secure. Room was very comfortable, complete with refrigerator, microwave, free internet access (cable worked, but wireless was down Saturday and Sunday). Business center worked very well. Common areas were nice. Breakfast limited, but it is a plus that they cook eggs to order. Beverage service (drinks available at the desk) was good.”

• Great staff, friendly and helpful.
• No free breakfast, need automatic opening doors in front.

“Very nice staff and a great location with clean, well-appointed rooms. The pool area is a little tired and in need of a makeover, with loose railings, etc. The front doors of the hotel need to be replaced with automatic opening doors. The one elevator is painfully slow, I would hate to see this place when it is crowded. Breakfast should be included. The Residence Inn right next door is the place to stay in this area.”

• I have stayed there in the past and the hotel is some what nice/
• We found bugs in our room and had to change rooms.

“The is a nice hotel and the location is great but our room had roaches (bugs) and we had to make a room change.The pool is warm but the condition of the pool area is below standards(lack of needed repairs).”

• The hotel staff was accommodating, friendly and professional.
• Would have liked a complimentary paper to read in the morning.

“We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, plenty of pillows and towels. We did have problems with working the TV remote, but no big deal. We would definitely stay again.”

• Quiet, close to town, shops and restaurants.

• I enjoyed the location, right next to the highway, yet tucked in a bit. I enjoyed the pool and whirlpool - the water temperature for both was ideal.
• There was a strange smell throughout the hotel (mustiness). I ended up with a lower back ache in the mornings, from the bed.

“We were happy with the accommodations. The staff was polite but not overly friendly. The room was clean and pleasant. The TV reception was poor for half the channels.”

• Happened to be staying there at the same time as a bus load of high-schoolers on a ski trip.

• Parking lot snow covered. During the day when the lot has minimal cars, they should have it plowed.

• A bit far from Burlington, VT.

“Although it is not as close as many other hotels to downtown Burlington, it is a very nice clean and well-run hotel with quite decent amenities. If proximity is important, than this isn't the hotel for you. But if you don't mind a ten-minute drive into the city, this is a first-class hotel that I'm sure you'll find both comfortable and accomodating.”

“My spouse and I were very impressed as soon as we entered the hotel. It was very nice and very clean. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly, the lady at the front desk, the lady who tended to us at breakfast and the cleaning lady. We checked out at noon and they held on to our luggage for three hours at no extra charge while we went out to shop. They were very accommodating. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.”

“Very pleased with this hotel. There is free hard wired and wireless internet. The room was comfortable and quiet, the bathroom clean and roomy, nice shower. There was a manager's reception on Tuesday night with $0.50 drinks and snacks served.”

• It was very clean and well furnished. Friendly staff.

“This hotel was very clean and comfortable. The room was well furnished. We were there on a pleasure trip, but someone on a business trip would be very satisfied as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family.”

• I loved the hot tub.
• Breakfast was not included in price.

“The location was great being just off the highway, very clean and spacious, friendly staff, great indoor pool and hot tub, (though pool a bit small with no deep end). It could use an internet in the lobby for those who don't have lap tops. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection, though it is extra, which we assumed was included in the price.”

• Location, close to shopping, churches, visitor attractions, close to interstate highway, pool & whirlpool etc., high speed internet.
• No permanent restaurant, only one upright chair in the room & it was a desk chair. Should have a second dining type chair to be used at the table.

• Clean, quiet location, athletic facilities, great cookies in the lobby.
• Housekeeping staff didn't clean our room the second day after we requested a cleaning. Strange.

• I liked leaving.
• Manager and staff was horrible. Too far from Burlington.

“Arrived at 1:05 PM. No one behind desk, in kitchen, in office, in hallways, in conference room. Waited 15 minute, General MGR appeared. She did apologize for my wait but refused to even comp me an 8.95 breakfast - offered me 2.00 off. Guess my time is worth 8.00 an hour to her. Security concerns abound as all hotel systems, information etc. was available to whoever walked in, who knows who walked in before me and how long Shannon Vassar was away from the front.”

• Could not check in 2 hours early even though empty.

“We arrived after 5 hour drive, tried to check in at 1pm to freshen up and change before heading to our destination. Sarcastic front desk replied said "I'll check if your room is ready for you to check in" (how dare I insinuate I could just check-in a little early!) Not one room ready, even though the parking lot was empty. We had to go to our event and not check in until 10pm. Restaurant only open for breakfast. Very limited options at 24-hr store. Really is just a shelf of snacks and drinks run by the front desk clerk. Rooms are large and clean, though.”

“This hotel was fantastic. Very clean, extremely friendly staff. Very convenient to many activities in Williston, Burlington areas. The rooms were wonderfully comfortable. Only bad thing if I had to find one, was there was a late check out before us, so check in was 2 hours later then should be. But plenty of things to do in area to pass the time. Thank you for a great stay.”

“Overall, the hotel was okay, we did not have a remote control for the room, there were no do not disturb signs for the room, even after I requested one for the following night. Totally unromantic. The only bonus was it was close to where we wanted to be and it was clean.”

• Incredibly noisy HVAC unit behind the hotel.

“Nice staff. Gave us an extra half hour to check out. Hotel should do something about the incredibly loud HVAC unit located behind the hotel and beneath many of the rooms' windows. It should be fixed or enclosed to provide some sound insulation for guests.”
