• Absolutely everything. Enjoyable comfortable and affordable.
• Does not apply here. Everything was great.

“This was an all around great experience. Everything was tremendous. The hotel staff was very accommodating. It was directly right off the highway; witch provided easy access to all the attractions in Burlington.”

• Wish Internet access was in rooms, not just lobby.

• Convenient location, great breakfast.
• I was told there was only a smoking room available!!

“Very welcoming... a spacious lobby with comfortable chairs, 24-hour coffee, and cookies in the afternoon. They offer a hot breakfast, keep the serving area clean and stocked throughout the breakfast hours, and are in general very helpful. The pool and exercise room, though small, are functional. My one negative experience was being stuck in a smoking room.”

“This Hotel is maintained in excellent condition. The beds as well as the bedding...(pillows-sheets, comforters etc.) are of higher quality then many 5 star hotels. Excellent location off I89 exit16 add to this very friendly employees. Highly recommend!”

• The hotel was clean and offered nice amenities.
• The hotel double charged me for the room, the phones did not work, and the alarm clock did not work.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the fact that it was clean, the phones did not work, the alarm clock did not work and the staff was not willing to address the problem. Furthermore, the hotel initially double charged me, and then charged someone else's room on my card and the staff barely even apologized.”

• It was very welcoming with a fireplace, coffee at anytime of the day, fresh fruit to take. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever.
• The curtains were not dark enough, at 6 am it was very bright.

• Very clean, great decor, pleasant staff, surprising perks (cookies + milk at 8:00 p.m., free wings).
• Not exactly as close to Burlington as described.

“Great hotel. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn based on my experience here. This is a ten minute car drive to Burlington town itself though.”

• large indoor pool and real whirlpool, great breakfast
• sheets in hallway outside room when we checked in at 6pm

• the location was good and had a couple good resturants close by - breakfast host delightful
• a couple of the front desk workers seemed a little cold

• We were assigned a smoking room which was pretty smoky with signs of cigarette damage on bedding.

• The breakfast bar was fantastic - many people used the breakfast bar but you didn't have to wait.

“The facility's location is easy to get to and around Burlington. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are very nice and housekeeping was great.”
