• Nice sized room and the breakfast was GREAT!
• Poor hot tub and pool facilities.

“Location, continental breakfast, hotel staff, room appearance, and welcoming feeling make the Hampton Inn a great place to stay. The only negative was the condition of the pool and hot tub. Overall experience was positive.”

• Clean, comfortable, and a spacious room.
• Door did not lock (called maintenance) Housekeeping knocked then entered at 8:20 AM.

“I knew that I would be arriving late to the area so I called the hotel directly and asked to assure a non smoking room. I was told to call back on the morning of arrival. I called that morning and asked if I could be assigned a non smoking room. The answer was no. Fortunately a non smoking room was still available when we arrived.”

• The bed was comfortable and big.
• Did not have a refrigerator in my room.

“The room was adequate and bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was available, but I did not take advantage of the breakfast. This hotel met the standard of Hampton Inns.”

• Wonderful location close to Burlington, but just far enough away from the sea of other hotels.
• The floors are numbered differently, the lobby is on the 3rd floor (as labeled in the elevator).

“Great location for a Hampton Inn, away from the hustle - if that's how you care to refer to it - of Burlington, but close enough to be there within 5 minutes. As with the Hampton Inn chain, you are treated a buffet style, modified continental breakfast every morning with different selections daily in their hot buffet. The pool and exercise facilities seemed quite adequate and clean, as did the conference/banquet facilities. The rooms themselves are a little small, but comfortable, but some parts of them seem to be bordering on requiring an update - I found a few of the chairs, etc. were getting to be a little thread bare. Oh and be careful of what floor you are looking to go to the lobby is located on the third floor, which is technically the first floor.”

“I was very pleased. I stayed overnight as I was leaving out of Burlington airport. Wish I could have stayed longer. Beds were extremely comfortable and I slept great. I feel the hotel could have passed as a 3 star.”

• I loved the Bed! So comfortable along with the best pillows and blanket I've ever used! The shower was fantastic too! Multiple speeds and pulses!
• The staff had no idea what the area had to offer. They weren't able to help with direction or attractions. The maid used our phone to make calls!

“Overall I enjoyed our stay and would likely go back - but more prepared and with a better eye on maid services.”

• Loved the large lobby area and the breakfast.
• The room was quite small.

“We found the bedroom quite small compared to others we have stayed at. The pool area was clean but did not have enough towels at the pool site. Breakfast was great. Unfortunately our room was located where a large numbers of motor cycles left early in the morning making their departure quite loud. Bathroom was very spacious and clean.”

• Excellent staff, very comfy beds, nice rooms.
• There was nothing not to like.

“What a bargain, even at full price! The breakfast buffet was much better than most hotels; the staff was excellent and very accommodating. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the rooms well-kept. On top of all that, the free internet and many TV channels made this hotel an excellent bargain. We even came back at the end of our trip for a full-priced night!”

• Big room. Very comfortable and clean. Great service.
• Heating/cooling unit made big banging noises, but I'm sure that's not typical.

“Very surprised by the level of service and comfort here. For the price, I expected them to cut some corners, but that was not the case. The room was very comfortable with a clean, well-planned bathroom, comfortable bed and bedding. Continental breakfast is more like a buffet! Only wish it had been a little more suitable to vegetarians and folks who don't eat dairy. Otherwise, it was great!”

• My three favorite things at the Hampton Inn were the indoor pool & hot tub and the complimentary breakfast.
• I would have like to have had room service available.

• Complimentary breakfast was much more than I expected.
• Complimentary breakfast did not have a hot dish for vegetarians. They changed the internet access code after midnight so it took some time to log on.

“This hotel was clean, in a convenient location for those wanting to visit Burlington but not stay in the city (or for whom price requires staying out of the city). Only downsides were inconvenient parking locations if you are returning to you're room after midnight (the side and back doors remain locked at night), difficulty signing on to wireless network, and lack of vegetarian hot dish with the breakfast (which was complimentary, so I will complain but a little bit.”

• I liked everything! Cookies and milk in the evening, fantastic breakfast...can't beat it!
• Hanging baskets in the front were wilty.

“I would have loved to stay for a week at this hotel. Everything was clean, well thought out and considerate. The breakfast was fantastic, Wi-Fi access was not only free, but there were free computers and printers available. To top it all off, they serve free homemade cookies with milk every evening!”

• Outrageous comfort of room, fluffy duvet covers, multiple pillows; extensive hot breakfast; and nice pool and whirlpool.
• Not a thing to dislike!

“Amazing comfort on a budget! Great beds with fluffy duvet covers and a mountain of pillows. Pristine bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Great fitness room, pool and whirlpool/hot tub to soothe those aching muscles. Quiet, clean, affordable, and easy to find!”

• The best beds in a hotel that Ive stayed in.
• The air conditioner did not cool the room enough.

“The room was very comfortable, the best night sleep I have even gotten in a hotel. The included breakfast was very good and a variety so that everyone could find something to eat. Having coffee and hot water for tea any time of the day was a great convenience. The staff was very friendly and pleasant.”

• I was told there was only a smoking room available!!

“Very welcoming... a spacious lobby with comfortable chairs, 24-hour coffee, and cookies in the afternoon. They offer a hot breakfast, keep the serving area clean and stocked throughout the breakfast hours, and are in general very helpful. The pool and exercise room, though small, are functional. My one negative experience was being stuck in a smoking room.”

• The hotel was clean and offered nice amenities.
• The hotel double charged me for the room, the phones did not work, and the alarm clock did not work.

“I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Despite the fact that it was clean, the phones did not work, the alarm clock did not work and the staff was not willing to address the problem. Furthermore, the hotel initially double charged me, and then charged someone else's room on my card and the staff barely even apologized.”

• It was very welcoming with a fireplace, coffee at anytime of the day, fresh fruit to take. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've ever.
• The curtains were not dark enough, at 6 am it was very bright.
