• Everything! This hotel was great!
• The only thing that would have made it better is if it was in downtown Burlington.

“This was really one of the best hotels we have stayed in for a very long time. I would highly recommend it- it was like they had thought of everything before we even asked. It was simply great. I would completely stay there again!”

“This hotel was a pleasant surprise. We usually stay at higher star hotels, but couldn't get one this time. We were a little scared what we'd find since it's rated only 2 stars, but it definitely is better than that. The best part was the complimentary continental breakfast--the selection was great! I made my own waffle and it was delicious! I would definitely stay here again!”

• The staff was very personable and helpful. The room was clean and neat.
• Did not have any hot water to shower with on the morning of checkout.

“Even though we did not have any hot water and were not able to shower, the stay was very enjoyable. The hotel staff was apologetic regarding the water problem and credited our hotel stay. We ended up staying an extra night!”

• Bed was SO comfortable and awesome breakfast!!!
• Indoor pool would have been nice.

“I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Beds and pillows are so comfortable, room was large, clean, and with lots of great extras (like hairdryer and iron). The best part is the delicious breakfast in the morning! I could have stayed much longer at such an affordable rate.”

• Clean, comfortable, free breakfast.
• Put in room close to highway, traffic noise and constant door slamming to other rooms.

“This hotel was convenient to University of Vermont and provided us with a comfortable stay. The "Continental" breakfast is really more like a self server full breakfast. Great stay!”

• Staff was very accommodating, great waffles.
• The second day there were no waffles available. No non-stick spray.

“Overall this is a nice hotel. Not overly fancy, very nice staff, outdoor pool and right off the highway.”

• Hotel was out of shampoo, soap, etc. for first night.

• Friendly staff, wonderful service, complimentary mini fridge in room upon request.
• Out side pool was closed due to weather.

“Great place to stay through price lines rates, wonderful and friendly staff, made it a very enjoyable stay. they really go the extra mile like sending up a 2nd TV so I could hook up my x-box or a free mini fridge for the room. not the most luxurious, but very spacious and clean room with very comfortable pillows.”

• Shuttle didn't operate; breakfast was not available.

“Shuttle did not operate and desk clerk told me breakfast was available until 10. When I got to lobby at 930, I learned breakfast had ended at 9.”

• Great hotel - value for price. I felt safe and comfortable.

“Great feature (PL) to be able to add additional time at the same rate. When I couldn't find a place to rent in the time I had allotted, the extension gave me peace of mind and saved having to move.”

• Right off highway, and a good breakfast! Saves you the trip of going out in the morning to eat!
• No exercise room.

“I had requested 2 double beds, and was put in a king, but they were very accommodating and brought in a roll away! They were very helpful.”

• The service door seemed to be in a place that allowed the closest rooms to get cold air when opened.

“All and All the stay was fine. Quiet for the most part and very convenient to shopping, eating, and the highway. Nice friendly staff and nice selection at the continental breakfast.”
