“The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. Convenient to local colleges and shopping.” Aug 28, 2008 by

“The hotel is exceptional and the atmosphere is amazing. There was a big party going on in one of the ballrooms. The kids were noisy in the lobby but we didn't hear a peep in our room. I was disappointed by our check in person who mistakenly put us in a room that was already occupied. Suitcases, clothing, toiletries were everywhere in the room. At first I thought someone had forgotten to make the bed. Upon further inspection though, it was obvious the we had been given access to someone else's room. Now I ask you, how secure is your room when you check in here? Too bad, I really liked this hotel but I won't come back. Sorry.” Jul 30, 2008 by

“The hotel is located right on Rt 9, nice and convenient. The staff was nice; the room was clean and modern, including a CD player alarm clock and stone counter in bathroom with wide sink. AC worked well as it was in the mid 90's out while we were there. Wished it had a pool, but other than that well. The food at the brunch was excellent.” Jul 9, 2008 by
Carla from Upper Marlboro, MD
“I'd like to try staying at the hotel again - just not on the first floor. The other first floor guests were extremely loud.” Apr 6, 2008 by

“Easy to find. Nice, clean public spaces. The bed and relaxation plan was wonderful, Just first rate; The only negative was a dirty cup in the coffeemaker.” Aug 30, 2007 by

“Good and priced fairly, but high.” May 14, 2007 by

“This hotel is excellent. But I found that the room did not. Carpets are old and stained. Air conditioning unit could be less noisy. Hair dryer is very cheap (not warm and not blowing much). Room's door bang if you don't slow them down when they close. Vending machines were sold out the entire week I was there. They told me they were maintained by a contractor. ” Dec 27, 2006 by
Al from East Lyme, CT
“We stayed at the crown plaza in Natick on Friday DEC 22nd having booked thru it. I had called earlier to request a non smoking room with two double beds and advise them of our late arrival. The receptionist was polite and helpful on the phone. The hotel is easy to locate (exit 13 on i-90 turn left at green shoppers world sign). Parking was a breeze (and free!) Upon entering through the main door it becomes clear that this is a special property- clean, attractive, and well appointed. Check in was quick and we were assigned room 605 by the polite and friendly gentleman who was dressed in a suit and tie. He confirmed that the hotel was not busy that night and wouldn't be so till after the new year. (Read bargain prices) the room smelled fresh, was clean and the beds were very comfortable with a pillow top mattress. They even provided us with a relaxation CD to help one sleep. There is a CD player with alarm clock at the bedside. We did not use internet service but did watch a little bit of TV. Decent average reception. The bathroom was clean, the water hot and the shower had excellent flow. The drain was clean and functioned well. The heater/fan worked very well. The room was quite despite facing a road. We woke up at 8.00 am and were shocked on looking out of the window that the mall parking lot across the road was packed with cars. People were doing their best to keep the economy going! There is a mall, numerous shopping centers and big box shops in the immediate area we did not eat at the hotel because were pressed for time. Incidentally, if you have a chance goes to the Imax theater at Jordan¿s furniture. Just look for a purple neon sign on top of a hill within half a mile of the hotel. We were impressed by the theater and the furniture store that one walks through to get to the theater.” Aug 22, 2006 by

“When I read the comments about this hotel on TripAdvisor.com, I was concerned, especially because several reviewers said the front desk was not at all helpful. I was pleasantly surprised by the look of the hotel, but the comments about the front desk staff -- at least the night we checked in after midnight -- were on target. The person we dealt with was grumpy, unwelcoming and uncommunicative. He seemed to have either trouble understanding English or a severe hearing problem, which would seem to be problems for someone who is supposed to deal with verbal inquiries from the public. For example, he asked not for our credit card, but for our MasterCard, which confused us, since we'd reserved the room on a Visa. We had to ask him three times why he needed a MasterCard before he explained that any credit card would do.” Aug 16, 2006 by
Valaine from Buffalo, NY
“The hotel is nice, which I had better directions to get there, but it worked out. Didn't get a lot of time there, checked in after 9:00 pm and left by 11:00” Nov 29, 2005 by
Stephanie from S. Deerfield, MA
“Excellent. Would love to have same spot next year. Only wish it had a pool.” Hotel Representatives:
