• Front disk were helpful to some extent.
• It smells really bad inside and no lavatory supplies and nasty covers and sheets.

• Room was decent. Parking was readily available and free. We stayed for 1 week, but on asking an hour for late check out, the staff refused.
• Reception staff at night was rude. No restaurants or pool etc in the hotel.

“The room was decent for the price. No other facilities like health club. We checked in at 12.30 am, the night staff was very rude. Despite staying for 1 week, we were not allowed even 1 hr late check out despite requesting.”

• It was bad smell and dirty rooms.

“I hope that I do not have to stay here any more. I wasted my money on this. I expect a refund. The hotel was smelly foul odor, damp rooms and no cleaning during my stay. Dirty shower curtain and bathroom.”

• Have to take garbage to garbage room which smells.

• The convenience.
• The suite did not have any dishes and the refrigerator was not in working condition.

“This recent stay was the least preferred stay the room was not sparkling clean it was sticky and not used very often the refrigerator was not working and moldy and the kitchen had not dishes.”

• The staff was so helpful! The location was perfect and the price unbeatable!
• The back door that was supposed to be locked was broken and unlocked.

“I didn't spend much time at the hotel. I was a little disappointed that the kitchen wasn't a little better stocked. I would have liked a small sample of dish soap so that I could have washed my dishes with something other than bath soap.”

“I really like the Homestead group of Hotels. They seem to be designed for laptop computer users, with plenty of plugs. Good bathrooms, good staff, some limited food stuffs.”

“A cut above some of the other 2-star hotels in the area. Wireless internet service is sporadic so don't count on it. The rooms are fairly large and you get a full kitchen.Bring your own soap & shampoo.”

• Very quaint , clean, quiet and safe. Accessibility to major hwys.
• Did not offer any continental breakfast, coffee or juice. Other suite chains do.

• It was a mini-suite with microwave and refrigerator
• Did not provide shampoo, soap, or room service. Noisy location and hotel not very secure.

“The Homestead Suites is a clean and affordable alternative to other hotels in an upscale neighborhood. Each room has it's own microwave, coffee maker, and full-size refrigerator in the kitchenette. Other amenities are harder to come by, you'll have to bring your own soap and shampoo. Room service is not available for short stays, and front desk service is extremely limited. The hotel tends to be noisy, with an airport nearby and thin walls. The hotel does not seem secure; the front-desk staff is often not present and open access is available to the hotel at all times. Overall, your stay will meet your overnight needs, but will be far from enjoyable.”

• Large rooms.
• Does not provide usual amenities like shampoo.

“The room was generally clean and large. Staff was very pleasant. However, it had some drawbacks: The sink was missing a drain stopper; the blanket was very thin and they did not provide extra blankets in the room; the shower had some rust; the TV remote control was broken; and they did not provide shampoo. The rooms generally need a little updating.”

• Free wireless internet service made me very happy.
• It would be nice to have somewhere to put garbage when full.

“We were very pleased with all the hotel had to offer. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Kitchen area had all we needed for our stay, bathroom was clean and modern; fixtures all worked great. TV service offered enough for free that we did not have to pay for movies. Halls and entrances were clean. The staff we dealt with was friendly and professional. We would stay there again.”

• I have stayed at Homestead Suites before and love it .
• Sometime it is not as spiffy and clean , in little way , like a few stray hairs left behind, and water stains on the sliverware.

“Carlos at the front desk was so nice , friendly and helpful.The Efficiency is so nice for lengthy stays. The price I got was super.”
