• Convenient, quiet location. Flat panel TV with HD channels.
• Wired internet connection and poor cell phone service in rooms.

“A decent place overall. Could not get wired internet connection to work in room. Spotty cell phone coverage in room due to wall construction. I would stay here again.”

• Close to Highway.
• I felt the price was a bit high.

“Friendly and staff was very accommodating. Easy access to main highway. Price a little high. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable. Reasonable size room.”

• It was very big without much parking near the entrance so I had to carry my bags a long way.

• Staff were friendly, helpful and provided great customer service.
• Too warm temperature of the room was uncomfortable and AC did not seem to be working properly.

• It was in a business-like location when we had expected a more quaint location.

• Mature landscaping and good architecture create a green oasis.
• Security lighting needs improvement. Maybe motion sensors not to detract from atmosphere.

“Very well maintained property. Nicely appointed and decorated rooms with the most comfortable beds my travel partner and I have encountered in a long time. Good quality sheeting, etc., too. Exceedingly helpful personnel. For conservation and to lessen environmental impact, they make a provision for indicating you'll reuse your towel, but there's no way to communicate that you don't need your bedding changed. If that's the only negative I can find, they're doing a wonderful job!”

• Great activities for the family.
• The smell of the room was moldy and unpleasant. Poor lighting in the parking lot, especially in the back of the building.

“This hotel is ok. For business travelers. I was expecting better quality for a Marriott property. Poor parking lot lighting for a single female driving at night. Staff is very friendly and professional.”

“Clean rooms, friendly staff, choice of 2 pools (indoor and outdoor), easily accessible to highways. Just wish restaurants/retail sections were a bit closer (had small children) but not too bad. Big enough that we didn't feel on top of everyone else! Great experience!”

“This hotel exceeded my expectations. I thought about giving it 3 stars but I think it was just short of "Deluxe". This is an excellent hotel for business travelers. The staff was excellent. Accommodations were excellent.”

• Amazing front desk staff - Nikki in particular
• Parking garage needed sweeping.

“This is an older property but the staff makes every effort to compensate. There was a fire in the lobby fireplace and hot cider for guests. Location is great and the neighborhood is very safe for solo female travelers.”

“Located in a great isolated location, the hotel's staff is friendly and responds quickly to requests. The breakfast buffet is varied with high quality food. In terms of the value, we have never stayed at a hotel for this little money with the "name your own price" option.”

• Marriott quality. We got a GREAT deal!
• Room service forgot our room #, but then delivered free!

• Nice facilities for weekend travel in winter ¿ indoor pool.
• Breakfast is pricey.

“Nice hotel for winter travel to Hartford area. Indoor pool, pool tables, Jacuzzi and nice bar. Staff is friendly and attentive. Close to Hartford, with the benefit of free parking.”

• The staff was friendly and welcoming. Met any need we had. Kids had fun in pool, adults in lounge!
• I can not say anything. All was good.

“Very nice atmosphere. Very accommodating Kids had a place to play - the pool. The lounge worked for adults. Even though the hotel was in midst of upgrading, you would not know it. Very quiet, and work being done was behind where guests were. I would go back any time, and recommend this spot to others.”

• There was a little confusion when we were checking in about what kind of room we were put in, and the bedding arrangements needed.

• It would be nice if the hotel was closer to the city, the hotel is located in a corporate park with nothing around within walking distance.

• We love the layout of the hotel, the parking, the restaraunt and the indoor pool.
• The outdoor sustain damage from broken glass due to some unruley guests so we were not able to use it, otherwise it looks lovely.

“This hotel is well run, clean, updated and overall a nice place to stay. It is located just off the highway, however in a nice wooded area that is peaceful and relaxing.”
