• Room was beautiful.
• Young children, ages 12 or 13, running up and down corridors between 8 and 11 pm.

“The hotel is in a great location for travel on major highways, to major shopping areas and only 45 minutes from major airport in Philadelphia. The lobby and guest rooms are beautifully decorated. Although the room was beautiful, we were located two doors down from the elevators and could hear the operation of such, especially during the busy times. Not overly disturbing, but a bit annoying. The dining is a little pricy for the offerings and the service was very slow at breakfast.”

• It was crowded, noisy, and stressful.

“The hotel was very crowded, children and dogs running up and down the halls yelling. Too much noise late at night and early in the morning. Desk staff could have cared less, but the staff was very considerate.”

• We loved the comforters and pillows!
• The beds are soft and I had trouble sleeping but my husband loves a soft bed and he slept very well.

“We have stayed here several times and each time and have never been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the pool area is very nice and clean.”

• Location.
• Low grade furnishings, terrible mattresses, unclean bedding, unattractive beds and furniture.

“This is not a 3 star hotel. It is a 2 star hotel at best. The mattresses were nothing more than saggy springs, the bedding was not clean, and the overall effect was very cheap, not comfortable, and not clean.”

• The pillows were amazing!
• The other clientele.

“It is not the fault of the hotel that our experience was not better. Well, perhaps it's the fault of the manager who took the reservation for the entire squadron of adolescent lacrosse players who thumped, hollered, pounded, ran and thundered through the halls and totally commandeered the pool area, as well as the restaurant the next morning. The staff did enforce the 10 pm curfew, but the kids were still noisy in each of the adjoining rooms to ours. We weren't able to follow our lovely romantic dinner with a nice quiet evening as planned. We left our well behaved adolescents at home to be surrounded with ill-mannered ones.”

• Looked very nice and staff was friendly.
• Bed was clean but a little old and it sagged in the middle.

“If it wasn't for the bed that sagged a little in the middle, I would have nothing bad to say about this hotel. The room was a good size and clean, the hotel itself was in great condition and the location was good.”

• It was great quality and easy to find by their directions.
• There wasn't anything that I didn't like.

“The staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We were traveling with our married son, daughter-in-law, and three small grandchildren, which two of them were 1 year old twin boys. We asked if we could have 2 cribs and at first they could only find one, but the staff looked and found another one for us. We were very appreciate.”

• The pillows.
• Fingerprints all over the room. Food in restaurant was horrid, and outrageously expensive.

“Room was comfortable. Location good. Free fruit in lobby was nice. TV old. Need to pay for wireless connection. Dirty fingerprints all over the bathroom door. Do not eat in the restaurant - the wait staff was nice and that is the only good thing to say about it. The main course took more than 90 minutes to arrive. The pasta was a very small portion. The snapper was horrid overcooked and bitter. You get all of that for more than $25 per dinner.”

• There was nothing I didn't like.

“The hotel is convenient to Route 202, a main artery in suburban Philadelphia. The rooms were lovely, spacious, clean and cheerful. The staff was totally accommodating. The pool was perfect for my kids, and we had a great time!”

• The staff is very friendly and helpful and always smiling.
• The lounge and restaurant are a little pricey.

“We have stayed at this hotel several times and each time the room is excellent, we even had an upgrade to a suite one time at no extra cost, the staff is very friendly and always smiling even at midnight when we checked in late. I would recommend this hotel to everyone. It is just off of a main highway and just beautiful in the lobby.”

• This is a great hotel in every way.
• The quality of the food isn't all that.

“As I said, the food isn't all that great, but since they have a 30 minute guarantee on room service, they gave it to us for free AND they gave us a voucher for a free breakfast the next day, in the restaurant OR with room service. They did put the charge on the room, but the front desk clerk took it off without any problem, whatsoever. I thought this hotel was great.”

• The hotel was clean, comfortable, beautiful and well staffed.
• The stopper in the tub did not work right and let the water drain however the shower was good and the water was hot.

“This hotel was beautiful inside and out. The rooms were spacious and well maintained. Every thing was very clean and neat. The beds were comfortable. The staff was accommodating and gave us adjoining rooms that were considered a family suite with a sitting room with a large TV, connecting the two rooms. We did not expect such luxury for the price that we paid.”

“Wow! We checked in and the hotel clerk asked if we wanted to be upgraded free, so we said sure. She gave us a lovely whirlpool suite with a window that saw through the bedroom to the tub. Perfect location for all surrounding areas too.”

• The bed was very comfortable and room very well decorated.
• The walls were very thin. We could hear people in the hall and next room like they were in our room!

• Like an old English Inn but with all the updates.
• Sheraton's charge for the internet by the day. Some day they will get with the program.

“Hidden in Chester county right off route 202 is a beautiful inn much like in the hills of England. Greeted by a fire place and pub as you enter you feel the charm of a past time. This hotel has all the offerings of a resort. You can not go wrong with this selection.”

• Missing shampoo bottle. Tired of nickel and dime approach for internet access. Throw it in. It's expected.

“This is an ideal location if staying over for a trip to the Amish country (30 miles away). We were traveling from the east, so it was literally on our route. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the amenities were up to date.”

• No complimentary breakfast. No fan in bathroom, no refrigerator in room, having to pay for extras that should be included in 3 star hotels.

“The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, the decor, the furniture, the desk were all top quality. Surprised that there was not a bathroom fan, a small refrigerator or anything extra for the guests. All in all a pleasant stay.”
