• Friendliness of the staff.
• Size of the room.

“Hotel was fine for our needs. Room was on the small size but as we used it as a base to travel from and sleep, it more than served it's purpose. The hotel is locate close to shopping, entertainment and dining. Staff was very helpful.”

• They got NESN so I could watch Red Sox.
• Fruit flies everywhere! Back door did not lock so security not good.

“They leave open trash can inside the hotel back steps so fruit flies multiply like. Fruit flies plagued me in my room. Falling asleep wondering how many would fly into my mouth while I slept.”

• Restaurant next door is excellent.
• Noisy refrigerator.

“Good experience. Original room was on 1st floor with parking facing large window. We asked to be moved so as not to be disturbed by comings and goings of others and were accommodated without hustle.”

• Free breakfast was good.
• The overall condition of the hotel was run down.

“This hotel needs a major overhaul. The beds were comfortable, the walls were thin and conversations could be heard in adjoining rooms.”

• The homemade waffles in the free continental breakfast.
• My son developed a stiff neck after sleeping in the hotel.
