• The personal there was very helpful and friendly, show us places we could go for the day and were we could eat.
• The only think I did not like was the sofa was very dirty. I had to put down a towel before I would sit on it.

“My stay at the hotel was very nice, not bad for the price. The only think that was bad was the dirty couch, but other then that it was very nice. I made one mistake I forgot to add my son. But they were very nice and gave me a deluxe room with a sofa bed.”

• It just needed a better cleaning.

“The location is perfect for the traveler that needs to be in Southington, in a short period of time. It was great to cook our own meal too!”

• The decor and set up were really nice, the staff was totally helpful.
• The breakfast was on the cheap side, quality wise.

• Option of full kitchen was refreshingly convenient.
• Laundry facilities on all levels would be nice.

• In room kitchen very convenient.
• Insufficient amount of silverware, and no brushes etc to clean pots, plates.

“Decent hotel. Standard size room; cable TV (several ESPN channels). Full size fridge, electric stove, microwave, pots, pans, plates, mugs, silverware etc. Small exercise room with stationary bike, stair machine and treadmill. Coffee and bagels available in the lobby in the morning. Nothing too fancy, but clean, quiet and reasonable price.”

• We couldnt go due to unforeseen circumstances. And I thought by purchasing the insurance I would be covered in case I had to cancel the trip.
• Dont know. We didnt get to go!

• Convenient location; kitchen table area had good lighting and convenient outlet; the chairs were good.
• No shampoo in the bathroom.

“As a business traveler, I found this hotel convenient and it met my needs. The room was clean, and it had a lot of work area available to use. The front desk personnel were pleasant and friendly.”

• The girl at the front desk was friendly and informative. There was a DVD player.
• There were no amenities. Not family friendly at all.

“This hotel had nothing to offer but a place to cook and sleep. I generally don't cook on vacation so I could have done fine without the kitchen area. In order to get a room with two double beds I would have to pay an additional $10 so my son had to sleep on the recliner.”

• No daily room cleaning, it was only done if you stay over seven days.

“This hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was safe and quiet, and was large enough to accommodate my two kids and my husband and myself. The location is great and is so close to the highway that getting anywhere is easy.”

• The hotel rooms are nicely updated, clean and spacious.
• No pool.

“Love the convenience of having a kitchen. We had 4 rooms among us and everyone was pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the facility. Enjoyed this experience better than most 3 star stays.”

• Kitchenette was nice to have.
• Bare basics in service.

“Upon arrival there was no light bulb in the desk lamp and the toilet didn't work. If you needed towels you had to take all of your wet towels to the front desk to get dry towels. This was clearly a step down from the residence inn!”

• Super clean, ice in the room, free Internet, nice staff, very comfortable bed.
• Having to ring a bell to get in after a certain hour.

“I loved this hotel and wished I had booked my whole stay there. Ps: don't know if I reviewed the Milford Plaza, NYC, but it was so dirty -mold on ceiling etc. Please take off your list. It would be great if Comfort Inn Manhattan were one of your hotels.”

• Newly remodeled. clean and convenient with a full kitchen.
• TV didn't work with the DVD that was in the room.

“It is newly remodeled. It is nice and clean with all new furniture. The TV was old and didn't have A/V input. The room had a DVD player with a RF connection box to TV, but the staff didn't know how to get it working. It would also be nice to offer Internet access free of charge.”

• The room was large, furnishings new and contemporary. Very comfortable.
• Lighting in the bathroom was cheap and dim.

“I had a hard time finding it, as it was listed as Studio Plus, but the sign says Extended Stay. It's a new hotel, with large rooms, comfortable everything. Wish I could have stayed longer.”

• It felt like home with a kitchen and coffee maker, computer desk, nice.
• I had my 14 year old son with me and he was not very comfortable in the sofa bed, 2 regular beds would've been better.

“This hotel is very nice, especially for long-term business travelers. However for short term stays, especially for a parent traveling with a teenage child (my son works with me at the shows I do) it was a bit inconvenient, I had to make up the sofa bed myself with sheets in the closet. They don't provide maid service for stays under 3 days and the front desk closed at 10 P.M. after which I couldn't get change for the laundry or soda machine. ”

• Old furnishings, worn carpet, no facilities, no shampoo.

“Front desk tried to charge me twice, and the room had a smell. No facilities, no pool, two pieces of gym equip, no shampoo, very worn furnishings and carpet. ”
