• Good location. Right off the highway.
• Bare minimum accommodations.

“Good if you are planning on just sleeping and showering and not spending a lot of time hanging out in the hotel.”

• Price was great for a two room suite with 2 T.V's & two Queen size beds.

“The room was clean, the beds made us sleep great, it was quite, the staff was friendly, and we'll go back again. Thank you.”

• Location.
• The rooms are old looking, smelly and the door of the room would get stuck. It took 5-10 attempts before the door would open.

“The hotel needs to be renovated. Simple things as the paint in the rooms and door to the room should be clean and working properly, even if it's a low star hotel. The AC was good.”

• Definitely a good room for the price.
• I was counting on the Wi-Fi, which barely worked.

“Do NOT count on the Wi-Fi at this hotel. I carried my laptop all over the room, and only got signal up against the windows. Even then, I could only load a page or two (if I was lucky) before I had to reconnect.”

• Convenient to University of Florida and Gainesville.
• Entrance was hard to see and roadway was potted.

• Everyone, including the housekeepers was respectful and helpful, courteous.
• My room faced the interstate and was somewhat noisy, but I slept well.

“Everything about the motel was great, I enjoyed my stay. The housekeeper was especially helpful and friendly, I enjoyed talking with her. The only problem was where the motel is located; next to I-75, but I understand that situation and the noise, although a little bothersome, did not deter my rest/sleep. Thank you!”

• Cheap pet fees.
• Bath tub did not drain very well.

“It was okay. I went down to Florida for the Auburn vs. Florida game and it was fine for the weekend. The pet fee was cheap so I brought my dog. The room was fine and the location and grounds were fine for the star quality. The only problem I had was the tub did not drain properly. Would not mind staying here again. War Eagle!”

• It allows pets.
• Filthy carpets and moldy rooms.

“Convenient to UF and i75. Older motel with few amenities other than free continental breakfast and a pool. It does allow pets for a reasonable $10 extra, but this fee should be noted in the listing and was not. Kind of noisy because it is directly adjacent to the highway.”

• Dirty floor and furniture.

“This hotel was fine for the price. The furniture was dirty and the bedspread was stained. Mattresses were quite worn out. Bathroom was pretty clean.”

• The staff was courteous and friendly.
• The caulking around tub was dark as maybe mildew.

“The location was great. It was clean and not trashy. The staff was really nice and courteous. The suit was nice except I expected two separate bedrooms; however, there were two pull out love seats, which was ok. The pillows were firm, and bedcover seemed fresh. Pillows would have been nicer for a king size bed but overall it was a pleasant stay.”

• Clean, the price.

“It is a good value for the money. It was economical and very clean. All the staff was very pleasant and very helpful, and the continental breakfast is as it says it continental which means free. So, beggars can't be choosers, but it is more than a Danish and coffee.”

• The hotel was clean and neat and the staff polite.
• Walls were thin and other guests were loud.

“Overall, the hotel was clean and neat. Unfortunately, there was apparently a fraternity party also staying there and they were up, outside and loud until approximately 7a.m.”

• I could check in at any time.
• There was no internet access in the rooms, lobby too small.

“It was clean and comfortable but I could not access the internet the faucet fell apart, the radio had to be turned off by turning down the volume. I had to turn the lights on by hand so the switches would turn them on and off.”

• Easy to get to from major highway, nice pool.
• Decor was outdated.

“Although the room was only so-so the desk clerk was outstanding! He was most helpful with locations and directions as well as how to locate a wi-fi connection.”

• Very easy to find, staff very helpful, comfortable and clean.
• At some points during the night you could hear the big rigs on the interstate, but then I put my earplugs in and it did muffle their engines.

“Very easily found coming off the interstate. The check in was made very easy and welcome by the staff. Nice clean room with plenty of space for everything. The tractor trailers were loud during the night but when I put my earplugs in I did rest well. However that should be expected, staying so close to a super highway, and the good point of that is we were on the interstate.”

• Good water pressure in shower.
• Awful beds, carpet worn, tub didn't drain, ice machine broken, continental breakfast seemed to come from a 7-11.

“Staff was pleasant enough but I would not stay again because it is such need of renovation.”
