• The location, friendly workers, helpful and concerned.
• No elevators.

“We enjoyed our stay because of the location and the staff were polite and helpful. The breakfast was good with a large variety of foods.”

• Good hotel for the price.
• Our stool had issues but we did not tell management they were minimal.

• The key would not open outside door.

“I told the management on duty about the key problem she told me to use a different door and walk down the hall.”

• The lady who checked us in was great! She was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions about the area.
• The first room we went in had a bad musty smell.

“This hotel was very nice. The staff was great. We only saw 2 people, but both were a great pleasure to talk with. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful in switching rooms for us. The guy seemed nice we didn't talk to him, but he seemed helpful to the front desk lady. The room we stayed in was very nice and comfortable. The hotel was also in a great location from all the casinos.”

• Very fast check-in.
• Smoke Smell in non smoking areas.

“The Hotel has excellent location in reference to casinos and shopping. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is more than coffee and donut/pastry. There are eggs, sausage, waffle, bagel, juice, etc. The cook is very sweet person.”
