• hair in bed linens, polyester comforter

“Stayed in 2 different hotels on back to back nights, both from priceline, both supposedly 2.5 stars. this one was competely inferior, more like a budget hotel compared to crowne plaza in cromwell, ct.”

• The front desk staff was excellent.
• The breakfast selection was limited, no hot tub by the pool.

“I was happy with my room, the comfort level, helpfulness of the staff and location. The price made this an excellent value.”

• At least the hotel was fairly new.
• My room had a bad smell.

• The hotel was clean and the continental breakfast was alright.
• They did a poor job plowing the snow. The whole reason that I was even there was to avoid this problem.

“The hotel was very clean and it was a little noisy at times. Overall except for the lack of plowing the snow it was a alright place to stay on short notice.”
