• Very clean room with comfortable beds and plenty of hot water in the bathroom. Simple but pleasant decor.
• We could have been offered a larger room as the hotel was not full.

• Customer Service was awesome. Easily accomodated two rooms together.
• Nothing. It was exactly what I was expecting.

• Very easy directions to find, value for money
• To few people on reception during peak times

“I think for guests a greater display on available activity at Disney and clear visible collection points for the shuttle bus and also a clear collection point at the Disney Park for the bus to return to the Hotel”

• Window that opened, bright room, country charm, bus services to park was excellent
• sink did not drain, limited selection at lounge, currency exchange not available at hotel

“Very charming little hotel. Rooms are small but adequate. Bus service to the parks can not be beat, ran every 10 minutes or so. We chose this hotel because we are from the US and wanted to stay at a hotel that felt like France, all Disneyland Paris hotels”

• Rooms not very ventilated and perhaps you could have included local information in the brochures in rooms

• The room was very clean and fresh. It was a perfect choice for our family.
• I was hoping for a few more facilities like free Internet connection and a fridge.

“The stay at this hotel was just as good as I hoped it would be. We were here for a few days in EuroDisney and and central Paris. The logistics were excellent and very easy to use.
The only small problem was that the airport in Beauvais isn't connected to this area with transfers. That would be a valuable addition because of the distance to that airport.”

• atmosphere, decoration, the room (large beds, welcome tray) and the services (change, bar open late, free shuttle, luggage storage)
• Everything was fine.

• mauvaise organisation pour le petit dejeuner, temps d'attente tres long ( + de 20 min ), l' Entree est egalement la sortie du salon petit dejeuner d'ou la queue

• bathroom floor tiles unsafe, would have liked more Disney info in hotel room EG leaflets to parks

“Excellent value for money and very good overall standard. We particularly appreciated the huge double bed which all four of us (mum, dad son 4 & daughter 1) ended up sleeping in.
Breakfast was 6.50 Euros each extra per day and was also super value and delicious. Room was ready when we arrived at 1pm contrary to the advertised 3pm. Super stay overall. +++++++”

• Clean, simple lines without being clinical
• Slightly small roomn for a family of four. Also disliked the fact is was a smoking area in the lobby of the hotel

• It was clean, the rooms were very well laid out, staff were very friendly,helpful
• i don't have a bad word about your hotel and would definatley recommend it .

“The family rooms are a good size and ample for a family of 4 for a few nights stop. The hotel was very clean and staff very helpful.The shuttlebus service was as regular as stated and is literally only 5 mins to Disney which we thought might not be the case. Overall i would highly recommend this hotel”

“I had phoned he hotel some time before travelling and on being told that no booking existed so I phoned Active Hotels and was assured that the booking was confirmed. On arrival the hotel had no knowledge of our booking, but honoured the online price anyway. Quite a disappointing experience, I will be unlikely to use Active Hotels again.”

• Behaviour of groups of children staying in rooms at distance from parents/group leaders.

“The hotel was extremely good value and very comfortable.
Being a cheaper Disney hotle it was used by quite a few groups of youngers, some of whom made a lot of noise until about 2 oclock in the morning. I was told by the hotel staff that as they were also guests they could not be told to behave. I pointed out that we were also guests and wished to go to sleep! I was not aware of a ' time at which one is expected to be quiet' this would have helped. I resorted to shouting at them myself- not how I wish to spend my holiday.”

• Food, when serving buffet there should be labels to what the food is.

“Overall OK. Went for Buffet lunch, all food looked same, left and went to village. Breakfast was excellent and am sure lunch would have been if I'd have known what was on menu.”

“I had a great stay in the Kyriad Hotel. The staff were friendly and provided me with all the information which I needed before and during my stay. The rooms were clean the hotel itself was only a few minutes by shuttle bus (free) away from the Disneyland Park. I would recommend this hotel.”

“No local supermarket - everything must be bought at the hotel - but this applies to all hotels in the area.Disneyland tickets can be purchased here for the same price as at the gate.”

“Our stay was very pleasant and we liked the hotel's location in relation to the disneyland parks. The free shuttles made it easy to get to the parks and train station. The only thing that I would have liked to have known before I booked was that the breakfasts were paid for separatley at the end of the stay. I thought that they were included in the balance which we paid when we arrived.”

• The room and facilities were excellent,the staff very polite and helpful.
• The room was a bit noisy when the bar area was busy.

• The rooms were very well equipped for the price of the hotel and comfortable. Meals were good and the evening meal reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable
• We had to ask for more towels on each day even though we had said there were four people in each room. Check in was a little slow but not unreasonable.

“We really enjoyed our stay and links from the airport and into Disneyland Park were excellent. One of our group is thinking of taking her children to Disney and would definately consider this hotel. It is great for a weekend break. We had dinner in the hotel on one evening. The food was good although you did have to select all of your meal before sitting down which meant that your main course was a little cool by the time you ate it. Breakfast was good. Bar staff were friendly and drinks were well priced.”
