• Convenient and comfortable, although the failure of the lights in our room was inconvenient
• The buffet breakfast was very limited in choice.

“Overall the hotel was fine. We were disappointed that the restaurant was not open (and that we were not warned in advance). I would use the hotel again for a Disney visit.”

“The hotel itself and the staff were very good, however on booking in we were askded to pay 50% of our bill with the balance on leaving - strange as they had our credit card details - however we agreed to do this, however half way through the week, we came back to our hotel, to find the room locked we wwent down to reception and was told it was because we hadnt paid the bill!! paid the balance - in advance and our room was unlocked. The room had not been cleaned and we were left with no clean towels until the following evening! We went out the following day, when we returned again we were locked out of our room - weent to reception and was told it was because we hadnt paid our bill!! by now getting angry, advised that the bill had been paid previously and was let into our room.
We arrived on Saturday 30 Oct and noticed scaffolding around the hotel, however on the Monday there was constant drilling and banging by Thursday so bad we had to change rooms. On entering the hotel at the front entrance a load of plaster actually fell on us as the builders were working.

I must say it was in a good location, but wether we would stay their again remains to be seen.”

“We enjoyed staying near Disneyland, so that we could avoid long travelling. Furthermore the hotel was comfortable, situated in the countryside. The breakfast was also very nicely made”

• Viele laute Kindergruppen,die beim Frnhstnck st'ren

• el desayuno adecuado, aunque le faltaba m' variedad.
• Muy f'il de encontrar, buena se'alizaci=n.

“La estancia result= bastante satisfactoria, aunque la habitaci=n para cuatro personas era peque'a. El trato con el personal del hotel ha sido bueno y la limpieza tambiTn. Me hubiera gustado poder ver la habitaci=n antes de efectuar la reserva.”

“I think i had a good experience in our 2ngt stay with you. i was much concerened about our privacy and also the security of my child. I had a brilliant tripple room and my son enjoyed the view. i could use a mini kettle in room though. the staff are are great. good value for money. many thanks. MRS MENSAH- LONDON”

• the location was good. We did Disney one day and Paris the next.
• The pool was not operational. I primarialy booked this hotel because of its price/location/pool. The kids were very disappointed.

• Everything you need at a great price and only minutes from Disney.
• A more comfortable communal area for guests to relax in the evenings would be appreciated.

“Very easy to find. This is a clean, modern hotel but with the character of an older property. Rooms are simple, clean and all you need when you plan to be out all day. Wet room style bathroom is great. Secure parking area was an unexpected surprise. Restaurant provides simple, cheap fayre and I would recommend it over the Disney Village restaurants. One of the only smaller hotels with a pool, which the kids loved. Shuttle service to and from Disney provided and, when it wasn't running, the local bus stopped right outside the hotel. Staff all speak English to varying degrees. Free use of safe available for valuables. Satellite TV in rooms but only one English speaking channel (CNN). Rooms are air conditioned. There is apparently a small fitness room and sauna but I never saw them. There is a need for a more comfortable seating area for guests to relax in the evening but this is a minor inconvenience when considering the actual cost of the rooms. I have already booked my next stay here.”

• breakfast was a little dull

“For a hotel close to Disneyland Paris this made an excellent choice. Just 5 mins from the resort the hotel offers superb value for money, a comfortable bed following a hard day at the resort. Swimming pool is a bonus. Food is alright. Staff helpful. Room clean and cleaned regularly. All in all - an excellent experience.”

• clean rooms, excellent location
• closed pool, showering floods the bathroom

“At these temperatures, I would have wished that the pool was opened all the time, it was just the last day. Rooms are very clean and pretty, the bathroom should feature a thub so it does not get flooded while showering. These are minor problems and I was very satisfied with my stay in general.”
