• friendly staff, nice view & room,
• large groups of unsupervised school children in all other rooms around us misbehaving

“Our only problem with Andorra in general was that it took a long time to get to this hotel. We have never been to Andorra before and so were unaware that what looked like a very short distance took hours to travel. We made the mistake of not going under the tunnel under the mountains. This should be made clear in the instructions of how to get there. Once we reached the Andorra shopping area I thought we were nearly there, so we stopped for refreshments and a quick look round the shops. Then followed the signs to Andorra La Vella which took us over the mountain (taking about an hour rather than the five minutes it took us on our return using the tunnel) but even then we were nowhere near the hotel. It was another 21 kilometres but again seemed much longer as it took about another hour. Once we reached Andorra La Vella, we found the hotel really easily. I think there should be some indication on the website of how long it takes to travel around Andorra and to make it clear that it is much quicker to pay the toll and use the tunnel.”
