• Good sized room
• Rude staff / Smell of sewage at night / unattractive location (scary back streets)

“My stay at the Eurostar Regina was very very disappointing. Our room was infected by a smell of sewage at night. All requests to change rooms were ignored by the staff who did nothing to try and fix the problem. I would not recommend this hotel.”

• Everything was great

“I thought that the hotel was fantastic. The customer service was of the highest quality. I wish i remembered the name of the member of staff at the reception desk. The lady were fantastic.”
