• Very clean, well decorated and very modern
• food on sunday evening in restaurant was not good at all.

“When we booked the hotel online we were under the impression that it was on a bed and breakfast basis but when we arrived at the hotel we had to pay extra for the breakfast.”

• Bathroom were clean, and nice.
• The bedroom walls were dirty in areas!

• Good standard, very central, free parking in the city centre (this one was the one that prompted the booking).

“I was very disappointed to arrive at the hotel and find that they had no notification of the booking reference that I had been sent by them. They denied all knowledge of the reservation even when I showed them the confirmation E-Mail that the hotel had sent and the Internet confirmation received from you.

Check-in took about half an hour which I was not imnpressed with.”

• Shower curtain was missing.

“The hotel was situated in an unpleasant area of town, otherwise we had an excellent stay. Also, we would have liked breakfast to be included in the price.”

• easy to get to, ideal location in the centre of Belfast
• Woken early in the morning several times by the house keeping staff and by other residents in the hotel

“I would like to have had a room with a better view from the hotel window as we were staying in room 207 and this faced a building site. The staff should also take more care in knowing which guests had already checked out and which rooms were empty as my partner and I were woken several times by staff trying to enter the room early in the morning.”

• Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating
• I have nothing bad that I can say about the hotel

“I was very imnpressed with the hotel and staff and will definately be booking in again, although probably on leisure basis next time and I would have no problem recommending this hotel to others.”

• Good city centre location, clean and comfortable.
• Poor sevice in the restaurant

“Lived up to expectation, except for the restaurant - the food was good and reasonably priced but the service was very poor, with staff seemingly more interested in chatting than serving.”
