• It was out of town so quite, very comfy beds and an adequately priced restaurant.
• Nothing really!! No bad points.

“It costs around -u15 to the hotel from the international airport, you can catch buses outside the hotel to and from belfast centre for -u1.50 single or -u2.60 return. Taxis from belfast centre cost around -u10 so all in all it is cheap to get around and n”

• price is the most important factor of this hotel. sky sports in the room also impressed me, i was able to watch a big match.
• radiator didn't work. room was noisey- facing road+ inconsiderate late night guests.

“location for tourists wanting belfast poor, but for airport or the north a good base. yes, the decor is a bit old, but my room was clean and comfertable. For the price it's not bad, but don't expect luxury.”

• comfortable, ground floor, warm
• rubbish choice of tv channels, didn't match what guest info book said

“good parking, CCTV, good service, no problems apart from no biscuits after first day - always like a biscuit or two before bed!
Good food offered in adjoining restaurant at good prices. No spoon to stir coffee in room. Apart from these nitpicks, no real probs.”

“Stayed for 3 nights over a weekend and enjoyed every moment of it. The hotel was clean, quiet, warm and had very friendly staff. It lies about 5 minutes from Belfast International Airport and a ?u10 cab fare from the heart of Belfast (10 minute trip)and a 60 mile journey from the northern coast (Portrush, Giant's Causeway) which is beautiful. The food in the restaurant attached was quite basic but reasonably priced nonetheless. Would recommend this hotel to those looking for a quiet weekend break in Northern Ireland but you also have the option of a quick cab ride into the centre of town for some excellent bars and restaurants.”

• Proximity to the airport
• Very dated decor in rooms & bathrooms. Needs a new fit-out.

“Hotel was adequate for the purposes of a stopover on our journey from Sligo via Belfast International to Amsterdam. It served it's purpose.”

• the room was smell with smoke from cigarette. As a non smoker I finf this not acceptable. I didn't sleep to well that night, I was to tired to ask for a change as I check in very late, about 1am.
