• Close to the airport.
• Out dated, not a 4 star hotel in my book.

• Fantastic staff - always helpful
• seperate bath and toilet room, no sink in toilet room. Hygenic?

“I found the team helpful and attentive, but was concerned about the seperate bathroom/toilet room, due to the fact that if my partner were to be in the bath/shower, i would not be able to wash my hands. Also, the beds are made up with sheets, not duvets- ”

• Cleanliness, space, quality, sound proofing. On the airport but never heard a plane
• Confusion about breakfast included or not - it wasn't. Slightly cumbersome parking ticket system

“Good basic accommodation - ideal for an overnight stay. I had an early morning flight and it was very convenient to the airport. The cheap parking rates were a bonus.”

• Convenient to Belfast International Airport
• Smoking in foyer and bar area immediately adjacant to restautrant area. When is the Smoking Ban coming? !!!

“The hotel staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful, the accommodation was comfortable anf to a good standard and the restaurant meals, dinner and breakfast were both very good.”

• Room was modern and well appointed.
• None

“The reception staff were excellent and very helpful. I was very impressed with the complementary taxi service to the leisure club. The only negative comment would be the room service and breakfast. The food I ordered for room service was cold and the vegetables were overcooked and mushy. However, once I complained I was not charged for this. The service at breakfast was slow and I had to ask several times for tea/ toast etc. Overall, an excellent hotel with superb staff.”

• The helpfulness of the reception staff - I had madea mistake in the booking form. The size of the room was good.

• room appearred clean and fresh
• rowdy bar area , out of most stock.took 20 minutes to get served 3rd choice bottle of wine.music and noise until midnight and people running up and corridors for at least another hour, even on third nd fourth floors.
