• parking at hotel, friendly & helpful staff, comfortable, quiet although central

“Very pleasant hotel situated in best possible city centre location - close by dozens of restaurants of all types, shops. 100m to large city centre shops and central tram stop. .5km to main train station. In pedestrian zone within short walking distance of many of main tourist attractions including Petite France, cathedrale. easy access with car. Although centrally situated the hotel is not noisy. We were made to feel very welcome by most of the staff.
Didn't realise the hotel restaurant only opens for breakfast but plenty of facilities within 50m”

• The size of the room and the cleanliness
• The bath shape and design was uncomfortable and there was nowhere to hang the shower

“It would have been useful to know the cost of using the hotel garage before hand, but the staff were very helpful in all other matters. The hotel was ideally central to the city.”
