• the freedom that a hotel doesn't allow - comfortable, relaxed, simple
• unclean - cobwebs in window. Noisy - thin walls

“overall, a good place - a great alternative to hotels or B&B's. perhaps a little more work with a vacuum cleaner wouldn't go amiss but i won't let that stop me staying again, only thing i'd request next time is more teabags and milk being available on arr”

• Lots of room.
• For a new hotel, many things seem to be falling apart.

• very spacious apartment, great fittings & furniture

“I didn't realise the 1-bed apartment would be as big as it was and was really impressed. Beech floors, stainless steel kitchen, big sofa, TV & CD player, kitchen eqpt, lovely bathroom, most was better than my own home! the privacy and ease of organisation were fantastic & staff friendly. Would definitely book again.”

• Spacious, well furnished, central accommodation that was certainly a pleasing surprise for the price
• No concerns, really

“I was a little uncertain booking serviced appartments instead of a hotel, especially given the very low price.

However when we arrived the venue, rooms and staff were all fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend it to anybody.”

• Location excellent; staff friendly, helpful; rooms clean, new and roomy; felt secure. Wonderful!
• Supermarket a 20 minute walk away, but a very small inconvenience comparatively.

“I've stayed in several different apart'hotels and this was by FAR the best. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen had a nice welcome pack of tea and was very well stocked with pots, pans, and utensils (even a pizza cutter!). The bedroom was large and included an alarm clock. Living room also large and comfortable with stereo and tv. Bathroom large and very clean. Very secure parking and keyed entry to entire compound. Convenient to town center.”
