• Sea view room was perfect. Staff very welcoming. Relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Lovely, substantial breakfast.
• Tea-making facility not very generous/no complementary toiletries.

“A lovely, clean hotel. Very convenient for the town centre, theatre and the beach. Sea view room bright, clean and well appointed. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Substantial well prepared breakfast in a clean , bright dining room. There was no evening entertainment which was disappointing as I had an elderly parent with me but we were able to go next door to the Hydro to enjoy the entertainment free of charge.”

• Nice friendly staff, breakfast food good
• Room small, bathroom very old, bed very small

“Nothing we would have wanted to know as we find all British hotels much the same. Very poor rooms especially the bathrooms. We booked a superior room and didn't feel it was any better than we have had in the past.”
