• Pleasant surrounding, good central location in Caen.
• Room too warm at night.

“As previously stated, the room was too warm and to get ventilation we needed to open the window, this then meant we had to listen to extremely noisy young people shouting until the early hours [3 am on one night]. It would have been a much more pleasant stay if there had been air conditioning therefore negating the need to open the window.

The hotel did however make a perfect base for visiting the wartime sites of Normandy.

As the hotel does not have a restaurant, a list of reccommended restaurants stating the type/standard of food served would have been useful.”
