• I liked the cleanliness and the order.
• I stayed only one night, so I did not find anything wrong.

“Only one thing.
During on-line booking it was not clear, at least to me, that credit card data were only for security and not, as I thought, for payment (you will pay at your arrival).
But that's just fiddlesticks !”

• As much as I am a great fan of the Holiday Inn in Gatwick as they provide room service and many other luxuries I was very disappointed with the Holiday Inn at Stansted.
• As for one I enjoy Room Service and to my dismay their was none. Although my room included breakfast I did not get a chance to enjoy breakfast as I checked in late and slept in . Their was no Thoothpaste or soap in the lavatory. Also no drinks cabinet .

“Before I booked the hotel I assumed it would have the same impecable service and quality as the Holiday Inn at Gatwick, but I was absolutly disappointed.”
