• Room was clean, tiday and had everything we needed. The staff were very helpful
• Room may have been a little close to a fire door which banged in the middle of the night

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Palace Hotel. The hotel was perfectly situated. Not too far from shops but far enough to be away from any noisy night life. Breakfast should be included it is a little overpriced.”

• The room and bathroom was spacious. Hotel staff friendly. Lobby was beautiful. And, location was stunning right across from the castle.
• Lack of onsite parking but fixed by valet parking. No directions listed on the confirmation sheet. Make sure you have a map of area.

“This hotel is a perfect location for exploring the town center. There is phone adapters for internet connections but the one they lent us would not register the dial tone of the line. Internal internet would have been good for emails to family members. Ot”

• Accommodation was clean and comfortable.

“hotel is great location. Facilities are wonderful, leisure club was great and the accomodation good. Breakfast is a treat, lots of choice.”

• the size of bed
• no mineral water and the price of a roll at breakfast charge at full price '9.95

“staff should have more control of there children at the pool as guests pay for the use of it.”

• Excellent facilities in the hotel.
• Restaurant had limited menu and was rather expensive.

“The facilities of the hotel were excellent. The buffet breakfast was very good, but an expensive addition to our bill, where breakfast is normally included in the room rate. The restaurant service was good but the quality and quantity of food was variable. We were not happy to have the breakfast tables being laid around us while we were eating dinner, or the lunch/dinner tables being laid while we were eating breakfast. We would recommend the hotel, but probably not the restaurant.”
