• friendly helpfull staff, and location
• cold drafty and noisy traffic

“for an overnight stay fine but could not stay there longer too noisy but i booked it to be near the theatre which it was and that was fine”

• Friendly and accommodating staff, hotel clean, convenient.
• Poor furnishing.

“Reasonable value for money. Staff are friendly and very helpful and room was clean. Downside was room was very cramped and badly furnished and bathroom was uncomfortably small. Situation is fantastically convenient though. Would book again.”

• perfect location for Shephards Bush Empire
• The two single rooms were very basic, tired and not clean. The windows catches in both were broken.

“This hotel was adequate becase we merely slept there and spent maybe only 9 hrs there ( a nights sleep) It fulfilled its purpose as it was near the venue we were visiting. it was not comfortable as it felt dirty and worn.
The hotelier did contact me before hand with a query about the booking , which I felt was courteous.”

• Small friendly hotel located close to underground station/bus stops with free on-site car parking
• Adequate size of room for 3 people and en-suite shower room nicely decorated.

“The hotel is located in an attractive terrace with an outlook over Shepherds Bush green. The friendly staff made us welcome from the start. The on-site car parking makes it practical to drive saving fares on the railway for a family. The location was not exactly as shown on the map, but close enough to find easily. The room had the basics necessary, if rather plainly decorated. It was therefore a pleasant surpise to see the attractive tiling and modern fittings in the shower room. The hotel provided a restful retreat after a busy day site seeing in the centre of London.”

• very close to sheperds bush empire and value for money

“I went to see a concert in the sheperds bush empire - only a few doors away and stayed overnight. the room was '35 and the room was clean and had working tv and toilet, water etc.”

• Breakfast was lovely. Ensuite facility was good. Fridge in room great idea
• nothing
