“I booked this guest house at the last minute when the place I was recommended to try was fully booked. It is conveniently close to Woodside Park on the Northern Line (although you have to trek up a hill). It looks like they are in the middle of improvements as my room had recently been redone (new bathroom, decoration, etc). However, they hadn't quite finished as there were wires hanging out of a wall (for a wall-light presumably as the wall lights near the bed did not work). My room was very generous in size; it had a double and single bed. Although the restaurant (more like breakfast room) wasn't open in the evenings, I gather there are places nearby (although I didn't sample any). The cooked breakfast wasn't anything special, but it filled you up and for the price of B&B it wasn't bad, and I've paid much more for much worse in higher price establishments.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Aug 10, 2004 by
