“Myself and my partner have stayed at a number of hotels in London mainly for 1 night whilst visiting the theatre. We have stayed at both Club Quarters Hotels in London previously and on this occasion recommended it to an additional 3 couples. They all had nothing but praise for the quality and standard of accommodation & service. We shall certainly stay again.”

- Clean, modern and near St Pauls Cathedral, 15 minutes walk from West End
- No bar nearby Saturday evening, restaurant next door was shut!
“We did have a problem with a party of business people next door making a noise until well after midnight. I telephoned the night staff and they came up and sorted them out straight away. Well done, CQ.
My wife and I thought the colour scheme a little dull (grey walls everywhere) but perhaps thats a matter of taste and the business market you're aiming at.
Also, from a busines spoint of view, I like a network port in the room when I stay away for business. I couldn't see one here. All in all, an excellent hotel”

- The bed, the self check-in, the staff, the room fridge and microwave, the absence of useless frills.
“I was so pleased and well impressed about my stay, although only for a night, that for sure I will keep well in mind the worldwide locations where to find Club Quarters premises.”

- Spacious room. Microwave in room. Breakfast area was really nice and good food.
- The restaurant and bar being closed on saturday night.
“For me it was great. I was only there 1 night so couldn't comment much on it. I just wanted to crash in my room and watch telly!”

- The Hotel room
“Our overall stay was very good. The hotel is in an excellent location & the staff are very friendly.
We were disappointed that the room we were given was had a bathroom for a disabled person - we felt that we should have been informed of this & given a choice of a different room.
Also one of the lifts was out of order & as it seemed to be a busy hotel - the wait for the single lift that was operational was long which was frustrating. The stairs did not take you down to the lobby but outside so this again was frustrating.”

“Everything perfect, except I booked two rooms and when I tried to cancel 1 of them it was a complete pain. Club Quarters saying Active amend boookings and Active saying Hotel amend bookings. Eventually someone at Active did it.
Apart from that a good online booking system”

- It was beautifully clean, spacious and homely.
- Nothing, it was perfect.
“This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. It is most definitely the most wonderful hotel I have ever had the pleasure to stay in. I wish I had been booked in for a few more nights now.

- The hotel is modern, very clean and fresh.
- It didn't say there were two hotels, we arrived to the wrong one.
