• The accomodation was very good but a tea making facility in the rooms would have made it excellent
• The staff were very helpful and friendly, rooms were clean and well looked after

“I did think that the on-line booking price quoted included breakfast and was surprised to be charged for it at the end of our stay. We would not have had breakfast inthe hotel everyday if we had known because there was not enough choice for members of our party.(We are English and you know how some of us enjoy bacon and eggs for breakfast.)”

• Friendly staff who were very helpful,meals were good and service good,very clean/tidy
• Of 3 rooms we booked 1 room was very dark and musky smelling with no view/from the main town area it was a bit of a climb up to the hotel.

“Prior to our visit I had contacted the hotel regarding booking meals and any reductions on pre booking. I received a quick response and we were given a reduction in meal cost for booking over several days. we were also given information that aided our private pilgramage to lourdes i.e. times,events and a map on arrival.Hotel staff were very friendly and assissted us when we required it. Our meals were very nice and service was good.The hotel had a quiet area facility that we used. Info re taxi fares from Pau airport and Lourdes was good and we had a very pleasant taxi man both ways.Our pilgramage went well and our review of our experience at the hotel and lourdes was really good.”

• Seemed like a family run hotel, very helpful staff and the rooms were clean and comfortable.

“Central to the grotto and the town, helpful staff and good breakfast. rooms were clean and comfortable, nice quiet little hotel.”
