• Central location, self catering
• Dirty floors, dishwasher broken, cupboard doors off, freezer door off

“Loved central location & self catering option - with 2 babies hated: floors so dirty shoes had to be kept on, asked for them to be moped & handed mop & bucket, when we clean them the water was so dirty we reckon they had not been touched for at least 6 mo”

• the space was great
  location was great
  price was great
• the furniture was beyond dirty
  there were not sufficient towlels for 3 overnight guests

“the location and price was great. I was disapointed with the dirty furniture in the flat.
More keys should be provided if there are 2 or more adults stayign in a flat, as there is no conceirge in the day time.
I would stay again as there is no other accomidation like this avaliabel in liverpool.”

• The apartment was clean and well equipped.

“I was very happy with the overall stay at the hotel. The car parking facilities were excellent and although there was no hotel reception when i arrived (very late at night) the letter i received on my arrival was very clear and everything was explained. I visit the city every month and will be using the hotel for all future visits.”

• Very spacious with excellent facilities. Ideal location for access to the city centre.

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was excellent for access to the city centre, and the apartment was very well presented with good facilities. I would definitely stray again!”

• I would have liked a room with an enclosed bedroom as the child was in bed by 8.30 and I was walking around and watching tv which effected the childs ability to get to sleep.

• personal amable, apartamento amplio, comodo, silencioso, seguro, bien situado,
• utensilios de cocina escasos, lavaplatos no funciona, nevera sucia, cama supletoria imposible de utilizar

“la estancia en el apartamento ha sido agradable pero el horario de atencion a los huespedes me parece escaso, sobre todo los domingos”

• it was in the centre of town it was clean and well equipped

“It was easy to book over the internet. We felt at home at the apartments. The set out of the room was excellent. The rooms were fairly basic but clean and had everything we needed on the weekend. It took us a while to find as the given directions weren't very clear! We had a lovely weekend and would definately visit again.”
