“Okay for an overnight at the airport before or after a flight. Although they had a parking garage, we were told no parking was available.” May 23, 2008 by

“The hotel is decent by European standards, but is in need of a renovation. The layout of the rooms seems to be from the 1970's. Some guest floors have carpeting that is literally down to shreds. The location and staff are ok and the airport shuttle works out well.” May 5, 2008 by
Mike from Riverside, CA
“The location was difficult to find, the parking was difficult too. The hotel was a disappointing. It needs remodeling badly. The service is below American standards.” Nov 25, 2007 by
Janet from Montpelier, VT
“Clean and conveniently located. Decor is worn and tired looking. Restaurant catered to international traveler with a menu in 3 languages.” Apr 6, 2007 by

“Ok for an overnight pre flute stay.” Feb 14, 2007 by
Al from Yardley, PA
“It's an airport hotel, as in, "I need a place to stay near the Madrid airport because I have an early morning flight". I paid 60 euros plus tax. So that is reasonably inexpensive. And the hotel staff were nice, the room was clean (unique wood floor), the bar was decent, the free shuttle service was fine, and the internet access was cheap. All good so far. But, and this is a big but, the noise at night was ridiculous. A soccer game outside until 2 a.m. Horns blowing throughout the night. Noises that were either fireworks or gunshots. I don't think this was a one-time event - because the hotel is situated on the edge of a rather poor neighborhood. Bottom line: everything is fine as long as you do not plan on sleeping.” Jun 18, 2006 by
Jose from Paterson, NJ
“Hotel is a great value considering the proximity. There should be a schedule of shuttle to airport operation or maybe a way to state how their shuttle operates. They said we had to call in advance and pre-arrange pick up. We did not know. So we ended up taking a cab there. Other than that, all was OK.” 2 of 2 people found this review helpful.May 30, 2006 by

“Very nice hotel in residential neighborhood. Selection was made based upon proximity and free shuttle services to the airport. Did not visit the restaurants or lounge in hotel, but both appeared clean & well staffed. Perhaps the pool had not yet opened for the season, but it definitely was not well maintained. Looked more like a swamp. The shower water temperature was inconsistent going from very hot to tepid making the experience most unpleasant. The TV on screen programming was non-existent.” Dec 8, 2005 by

“For the price it was great ! Just a hassle getting in and out of downtown Madrid.” Hotel Representatives:
