• The staff was polite and professional. The consierge recommended a tour of Pompei that was very good. The room electronics were really nice, especially the automatic blinds that blacked out the room. The hotel was very clean.
• The email listing accomodations was misleading. ie there was no swimming pool or gym. The gym access at 35 euros per day was prohibitively expensive.

“The front lobby was being refurbished so there was some disruption, however, the staff overcame that by being available anyway. The modern facility was a nice change from very old European hotels. The bed was extremely comfortable. I did not have a bathtub, but my friend (in another room) had a tub, so that was nice.”
