• it is in the center of the town.
• Dirty rooms, few professionalized in the staff, the Jacuzzi doesn't works.

“A disaster. In a few words this is the service from your hotel to us. We traveled from Spain to Oslo with my son and my wife, we had made a book in internet 25 to 30 of August. When we arrived, the first day, the walls, the curtains were dirty, the room floor was dirty and sticky but we were looked forward to know Norway and we didn't value great significance. But in other wise, the parking is a place to manure, and not so cheaper. The last day we return very tired from make Norway in a nutshell, and when arrived to our room, the beds were undone, the room like in the previous morning, AT WAS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE IN A FOUR STARS HOTEL! I was speaking with receptionist because how you can imagine I was very angry, and he couldn't give me any solution ( only his own interest for resolve the situation). In a hotel 4 stars there wasn't book of complaints! Your country is marvelous, but your hotel is the worst hotel I've known ever in his category in Europe. It's's like a pension in Spain.”
