• Location. Staff. Breakfast. Tidy.
• Smelly Bathroom. Often no hot water.

“The most disappointing aspect of this hotel was that for 2 days there was no hot water in the morning. I understand that there were some boiler issues and these were fixed. But as one of the days was our last day it meant we had no choice but to have cold showers because we were due to check out. The staff were very apologetic but you can't shower in apologies. No compensation was given.”
