• Location, appearance, and facilities.
• Cold and overcooked 'hot' buffet food; many staff not happy and helpful.

“If you like your 'hot' buffet food almost cold and your vegetables cooked to death then this is the place for you. Seriously the hot buffet food is no where near that expected from a 4 star hotel. Breakfast plates etc are only cleared when you leave the table not as you finish with them. Many staff (not all) is miserable and show it by their expressions. We will not be returning; a pity as many aspects of the hotel are good.”

• Five restaurants.
• I had to leave.

“Best hotel I have ever been in. The staff are wonderful, the food is out of this world and 5 restaurants to choose from. There are 4 pools and the hotel is right near a beach. It was more like a five star than a four star hotel. I recommend everyone stays here.”

• Great food, buffet style
• Rude staff

“Good location and amenities, but nothing for teenagers - ideal for older people. We found reception and bar staff disinterested and unhelpful ,and even rude. Our all- inclusive was half board until we really fought for our rights, staff could not allocate 3 rooms together for us. My ill daughter was turned out of bed by the maid, who ignored the sign on the door. Disappointing overall considering the price we paid- not 4 star service.”
