• It was closed to my business point; the staff were very frienly and the food was great in quality and variaty.

“I found the accommodation and staff to be of high standards.

My only suggestion would be to enhance the lighting by the main entrance from the main road onto the park, as for new customers finding the entrance after 5pm in winter is not very good.”

• Everything was great. I got what I expected and asked for. Budget hotel price with five star treatment. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful.
• Would have preferred some fruit at breakfast but that is because I am on a restricted diet but what I the breakfast I did have was lovely and freshly cooked. Also the TV in the lounge was on GMTV and I don't like that programme!

“Very restful and relaxed atmosphere but with efficient friendly staff. It is important to us whilst travelling on business that we arrive at our destination accommodation with out any issues to deal with and then get a good night's sleep and that's exactly what we got. Thankyou”

• Straightforward comfortable & clean. Evening meal was good.
• Breakfast - whilt there was plenty the cooked breakfast was largely cold and the bread had mold on it.

“Everything other than breakfast was good. Suggest turnover of food and timing of cooked breakfast be examined. We were first to breakfast of guests staying!! Proximity to Warwick University not emphasied in marketing - it ought to be.”

• Quiet and comfortable room. Good breakfast.
• Total lack of waste bins in the car park.

“I booked in easily, liked my room, slept reasonably and ate a good breakfast. The only problem was the absence of waste bins in the car park.”

• FOOD WAS GREAT WANTED TO TRY THE WHOLE MENU , YOU SHOULD BE OF YOUR STAFF.

“SHOULD HAVE FOUND OUT MORE ABOUT THE AREA FIRST, WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE GONE OUT ONE EVENING INTO TOWN FOR A MEAL THIS DID'NT MATTER AS THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC ....... THE STAFF MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND COULD'NT BE FAULTED .A GREAT PLACE TO CHILL . . .”

• Everything was clean and well kept, friendly staff, lovely spacious rooms. Highly rated!!!
• Drink selection at bar was poor but nothing really to complain about

“Hotel is in ideal location for visits to anything going on in the park but a bit out of the way if you intend going elsewhere without driving. Lovely hotel and well deserving of its 4 diamonds. Breakfast selection is vast and its buffet style so there isnt really a limit to how much you can have! We had en suite but i dont think all rooms did. All in All: EXCELLENT HOTEL!!! And well worth the price!!!”

• Quiet area no parking problems Easy to find Friendly helpful staff
• found the interior lights did not work fast enough to enable us to find our room on an evening

“we were surprised at the surroundings at first but then found them an added interest and meant we could locate the hotel easier. The food was tasty and served in a reasonable amount of time. The breakfast was very good value and it was easty to help yourself.”

• Easy parking

“We found the whole experience very good, the staff were very friendly and we decied to have an evening meal and that was very good and the service was excellent. We found the staff very friendly we had a very nice weekend.”

• Lovely calm feeling, nice view of the green and royal pavillion from our room, excellent manner of the staff, thoroughly pleasant stay. Thank you.
• A little hard to find.

“If it had been indicated as 'Stoneleigh-Park Lodge in the grounds of the National Agricultural centre, near Stoneleigh village', it would have been a little easier to find, but wasn't too difficult, just had you wondering if you'd gone too far.
However, it was well worth the concern because the hotel was calm, quiet, friendly, clean, well maintained and a pleasure to stay in. Thank you.”

• Exceptionally friendly staff. A minor quality problem with a meal was dealt with effectively.
• A bit low on space for breakfast when busy.

“I give this hotel a high score. It's probably worth checking to see if there is an event on in the Park, in which case the bar/restaurant may be full and struggling a bit! A wedding party caused breakfast to be a bit slow for us, but apart from that, I can't really fault it.”
