• Excellent location so close to the metro station. The rooms were comfortable and compact.
• The reception was hard to find. Soap and light bulbs needed replacing.

“The information we were given from the website did not tell us how to get to the hotel from the metro station, only by road. We were also not told that the deposit was per person rather than per room which could have been a problem if we weren't family. On the whole we had a lovely stay at The Gresham and would definately consider this hotel when going to Newcastle in the future.”

• friendly, lively. in the heart of the student quarter. near metro and motorways.
• light not working. had to request heater.

“friendly small hotel. lively bar. we will use the hotel again.”
