“This was my second stay at the Frankfurt Marriott and both times, I was very pleased. We had a beautiful view from our room and loved the hot tub in the fitness center area.” Jul 20, 2006 by
Mary L. from High Point, NC
“We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott.” Jun 27, 2006 by
Coop from Monrovia, CA
“A large, clean, typical Marriott hotel located in the business district of Frankfurt. Ideal for business travelers but probably not recommended to vacationers as downtown and old town Frankfurt can only be reached via underground train or taxi. Staff was very helpful and if you miss or prefer American-style food, one of their restaurants will certainly accommodate.” May 25, 2006 by
Michael W. from Charlotte, NC
“Comfortable, clean, well-decorated hotel with excellent service and good breakfast. Away from the bustle of Vienna's center, but convenient to subway and close to Schloss Schoenbrunn. The dinner was not worth the price, but room service dinner and breakfasts were good. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.” Apr 5, 2006 by
Florian from Gustavsburg, WA
“Check-in friendly and fast, my preferences were taken into account, room very clean and nice view. No coffee/tea facilities in room, no iron/-board, room a little bit on the small size. Excellent beds.” Mar 30, 2006 by
George from Stoneham, MA
“The Frankfurt Marriott was a great hotel. It's location was prime.. only minutes away from Frankfurt airport, across the street from the Messe and about a 5 minute walk from the main railway station. The rooms were roomy, comfortable clean and the staff was always helpful. Rooms had high speed internet access and there was a business center in the lobby. I would highly recommend this hotel, and stay again in the future.” Mar 26, 2006 by
Walter from Exton, PA
“The hotel is the highest in Europe, occupying floors 27-42 of a high rise office building near downtown Frankfurt. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent beds, very quiet, great view. Efficient room service, great breakfast. What more does a business traveler want. Highly recommended.” Mar 24, 2006 by
Orli from Tel Aviv, AL
“Overall, a wonderful place to stay, central location, close to the airport, nice champions bar, polite English or French or German speaking staff.” Mar 23, 2006 by
Mark from Farmington Hills, MI
“Great staff, willing to help. Accommodated us with early check in. Helped us obtaining adjoining rooms. Very clean. Windows can be cracked open at the top only, for safety. Great location, central to subway, bus and tram service. Breakfast Buffet hours should be extended to 12:00PM on the weekends. Otherwise, great hotel.” Feb 24, 2006 by
David from Oakland, CA
“Standard 4-star business hotel.” Feb 8, 2006 by
Daniel from Saint George, UT
“This is a fine business hotel. It is exactly what you would expect from a Marriott: clean, comfortable and with a high level of service. This particular hotel has been kept up to date. Everything is new. The bedding was particularly comfortable. The shower controls, pressure and temperature were all excellent. This is not a boutique hotel, by any means. There are very few cues that one is in Europe at all within the hotel. It is, however, a fine hotel in every other regards.” Jan 13, 2006 by
Gwen from Santa Monica, CA
“Conveniently located across from a tram stop, but not centrally located. This is a great 4 star hotel with comfortable beds and a friendly staff.” Jan 5, 2006 by
Ernst from Franklin Park, NJ
“This hotel was disappointing It is not in the very center of the city. The staff was not very knowledgeable or helpful in regard to getting around the city or for information on city attractions. There was no coffee or tea maker in the room, which was very inconvenient considering hotel's location remote from dining nightspots sushi bar in the hotel had really poor quality of food, bad service and overpriced. The architecture and general ambiance of the hotel are too generic, dull and lacking of any character. On the New Year eve all eating establishments were closed to the guests of the hotel and were reserved for a party hotel hosted for pare booked guests locals, which was inconvenient and spoiled celebration of New Year. The true hospitality implies taking care of your guests first. I would expect for a hotel to offer some choices for guests for a New Year celebration. Fitness club and sauna were closed on Dec 31 and Jan 1; holiday or not, but it is part of services hotel is supposed to offer to the guests. The reception clerk failed to register me for Marriott's even though I mentioned I am a member. This hotel does not live up to Marriott standards..” Dec 21, 2005 by
Lefa from Espoo, FL
“Great business hotel. Right across the street from the fair grounds. For a leisure traveler not the best location, but wok, as a city tram ran frequently even at night time. ” Nov 9, 2005 by
Sue from Redmond, WA
“Great value for the money. Room was first class.” Oct 30, 2005 by
Vera from Aptos, CA
“Not near shopping, but next to a University. A bit overpriced. Was mislead by concierge about tour down the Rhine River. It was overpriced and not as expected.” Aug 20, 2005 by
Kathy from Gresham, OR
“The hotel was wonderful, but we would never stay in a Marriott property again. We made a long distance call that was charged over $5.00 per min. All other calls from Europe were charged a maximum of $1.00 per min. during our 24 day stay. A notation of this price needs to be presented in each room, not at the time of check-out. We felt "ripped off" by the overpriced phone charge.” Aug 11, 2005 by
Jae from Jamesville, NY
“This hotel is one of the best hotel I've stayed. Friendly staffs, location is convenient, very clean, nice.” Jul 31, 2005 by
Payam from Arden Hills, MN
“Great staff, nice rooms, great hotel.” Jun 22, 2005 by
Dema from Portland, OR “I like every thing about the hotel except that the hotel staff were not treating us in a good way. Restaurant close so early (even for the room sevice)” Jun 13, 2005 by
Pat from Henderson, NV
“Check in/out was very easy. employees were friendly, helpful. room was very large and clean, comfortable beds. no airport shuttle, taxi ride was quite expensive, no coffee available without going into restraunt. ” Jun 4, 2005 by
Neil from Albuquerque, NM
“I was traveling with my family. It was nice to find an Amercan standards hotel in Europe. The price was reasonable, food good, bellman and receptionist friendly, rooms clean.I am a Marriott Club member and for years have stays at many Marriot hotels. One item was disturbing and evident. The concierge told me Hamburg was a nice place to visit but would not provide diections. Instead they produced a paid tour sales brochure that we could pay to go see. I am sure they got some type of kickback for the tours. They gave the the brochure and I want away very disappointing. We had our own car so I had to got pay for their busness center internet service to get a map directions.” May 18, 2005 by
Vincent from Northford, CT
“Ideal location for seeing the city with a good coffeehouse and restaurant where you are bound to run into other English speaking travelers who wish to have a good time.” 1 of 1 people found this review helpful.Jan 27, 2005 by

“Centrally located on a tram stop just minutes from the central station, the Marriott Frankfurt is a great base from which to explore the sites of the city. A few things worth mentioning: Conceierge was very helpful in directing the day's adventures and evening meals; the coffee shop had wonderful lattes and snacks; and the hotel is just a five minute walk to the don't miss" Museum of Natural History!"” Dec 24, 2004 by
Jaime O. from Los Angeles “Excellent hotel, people very helpful and attentive. Beautiful room with excellent linen. Great place.” Hotel Representatives:
