• Clean.
• Small rooms, all pillows were feather, cold atmosphere.

“Not near shopping, but next to a University. A bit overpriced. Was mislead by concierge about tour down the Rhine River. It was overpriced and not as expected.”

• clean and quiet
• over priced long distance service that was not explained to guest up front.

“The hotel was wonderful, but we would never stay in a Marriott property again. We made a long distance call that was charged over $5.00 per min. All other calls from Europe were charged a maximum of $1.00 per min. during our 24 day stay. A notation of this price needs to be presented in each room, not at the time of check-out. We felt "ripped off" by the overpriced phone charge.”

“I like every thing about the hotel except that the hotel staff were not treating us in a good way. Restaurant close so early (even for the room sevice)”

• Very service oriented, plenty of onsite restaurants
• Rooms start on 20th floor, no airport shuttle

“Check in/out was very easy. employees were friendly, helpful. room was very large and clean,comfortable beds. no airport shuttle, taxi ride was quite expensive, no coffee available without going into restraunt. ”

• American starndard in Europe
• Concierge was not very helpful unlsess you wanted a guided tours through the hotel,I am sure they get kickbacks from these tours.

“I was traveling with my family. It was nice to find an Amercan standards hotel in Europe. The price was reasonable, food good,bellman and receptionist friendly,rooms clean.I am a Marriott Club member and for years have stays at many Marriot hotels. One item was disturbing and evident. The concierge told me Hamburg was a nice place to visit but would not provide diections. Instead they produced a paid tour sales brochure that we could pay to go see. I am sure they got some type of kickback for the tours. They gave the the brochure and I want away very disappointing. We had our own car so I had to got pay for their busness center internet service to get a map directions.”

• I liked the location as well as the atmosphere of the Champions rest.
• Checkout was slightly unorganized

“Ideal location for seeing the city with a good coffeehouse and restaurant where you are bound to run into other English speaking travelers who wish to have a good time.”

• Great Bedding and beautiful views. Helpful staff.
• Breakfast was not included, and very expensive.

“Centrally located on a tram stop just minutes from the central station, the Marriott Frankfurt is a great base from which to explore the sites of the city. A few things worth mentioning: Conceierge was very helpful in directing the day's adventures and evening meals; the coffee shop had wonderful lattes and snacks; and the hotel is just a five minute walk to the don't miss" Museum of Natural History!"”
