• None.

“I stayed here in June 2009 for 3 days. I arrived really early at 5:00am and was welcomed and upgraded from a Premier suite to a Executive Suite. The room was impeccable, decor was beautiful and overall I was totally satisfied with my stay. I would stay at Peninsula Manila again and again and would recommend to friends and family. The staff is so courteous and professional I was impressed, I have never gotten so much personal service ever from any hotel. I want to thank the staff that assisted me at the front desk. They are truly astonishing and superb employees that made The Peninsula Manila a memorable stay for me. Thank you Peninsula Manila!”

• Bed linens.
• Security staff do not know how to handle customer's lost personal articles.

“My wife left her earrings in the safety deposit box and never recovered them. The security staff did not have a clue on how to handle the investigation of the incident. Such a turn-off for a hotel that boasts of high tech security. We stayed at the Makati tower of the hotel for a week. The newly renovated rooms were overrated, small and did not impress me at all. The plasma TV in the room was no use for me since I do not really like watching TV and the artworks on the walls were unremarkable if not cheap-looking. I give credit where credit is due - the bed linens were comfortable and were changed daily. I also found the lobby very crowded (and noisy) because of its restaurant. It took a good 10 to 15 minute wait for a front desk staff to entertain my inquiries especially during the daytime.”

• They always give in to people's wants. No questions asked!
• I wish there were many Peninsula Hotels all over the world!

“The Lobby is majestic! I can't help but take pictures especially at the lobby's insigne at the ceiling. It was just wonderful. I was greeted by almost every staff. The room is so spacious and modern. I like the Filipino-inspired theme. Food is great! Ive tried every restaurant and it lived up to my expectations. And the amenities were just amazing. The poolside at night is totally romantic! If ever I'll propose to my girlfriend, it will definitely be at the poolside!”

• They put a wireless router in my room on an impromptu basis.
• Nothing to not like about the Peninsula.

“Peninsula Manila is a fantastic luxury hotel at great price. The breakfast is unsurpassed by any other hotel I've stayed in. The service throughout the hotel is indeed service which is 24 hour and excellent.”
