• It's in the Bahamas.
• Did not live up anywhere near to sales pitch promises or model.

“This place is a ripoff! Not worth your money. Special assessment fees should be against the law.”

• Great location, super smiling staff members, nice private area, excellent guest services
• Age of property, timeshare sales pitch, inconsistent access to Atlantis resort

“We just got back and had a great time. The staff was super nice and really tried to deliver a great visit! The property is slightly aged, luxury hotel it is not. Especially compared to the newer Atlantis properties nearby but it was fine for being close to the action on Paradise Island. It had a really nice private pool and hot tub area and it was a great place to socialize with other guests. The little features and events that they had along the way had a homey touch.”
