• Very helpful and friendly staff.
• Children not staying at the hotel running through the pool area/bar. Could use microwaves and real coffeemakers.

“Great location for business or Chili Cook-Off in August. Airport near hotel and short taxi to Downtown/Havensight. Overall a clean moderately priced hotel.”

• This was a great hotel to stay at before flying out.

“We stayed our last night before flying out early in the morning. Could have spent another day there for a little more time to enjoy. Nice hotel.”

• Location and facilities on the beach scene were beautiful.
• Help was sometimes very slow in restaurants with no invite for refills.

“I enjoyed the stay very much. I stay in many Asian hotels and the service does not quite meet that level, but the people were friendly and knowledgeable.”

• Great beach/ access, pool area nice, convenient to airport, view, bar.
• Felt trapped at resort because of expense of taxis to get to town.

“Initially, we weren't too happy. No towels, TV wouldn't function, sliding door wouldn't close. Staff responded quickly, though. Clean room. Great view. Beach was beautiful. Snorkeling good it's a shame though, that they have to charge for use of that equipment, given the already high rate for our stay. Restaurant and bar were good, but not outstanding. And service there was quite slow. Exercise room small and limited but at least we had it to ourselves every time! The biggest drawback for us was that it was isolated from downtown to the point we were dependent on the taxis and their exorbitant rates. Yes, you want privacy and quiet (which was already a dead issue given the immediate proximity to the airport) but you also want to see more of a Caribbean island when you're on one. More shuttle services offered by the hotel would have been helpful.”

• Beautiful beach, charming restaurant on the beach.
• People at check in were uncaring, never smiled or welcomed us.

“In short, the hotel was perfect for what we needed. The beach was awesome and the restaurant sits right on it. However, the employees were unsmiling and unfriendly, and didn't seem to care. Someone was banging on our door at 2:00am and when I called the front desk the response was: It may be someone who drank too much! They never offered to come and check for an intruder, etc. I would have been very frightened if I had been alone in the room.”

• The staffs were very friendly. I loved the marble counter bathroom and the tile floors. I loved the view from the balcony.
• I stayed on the third floor. It did not have an elevator. The restaurant was expensive.

“I truly enjoyed staying at this hotel. It exceeded my expectations! I loved the fact that the hotel is right on the beach and that it also has a wonderful pool. The room was spacious and it has rattan furniture. The view of the ocean from my balcony was breath taking. The bathroom was attractive with marble counters and tile floors. The housekeeping service was satisfactory. The grounds were attractive with palm trees. The hotel was near the airport. The noise from the plane was noticeable at times but not annoying. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was not that far from town. Overall, I am happy I stayed here and I would without a doubt stay here again and would recommend it to family, friends, and colleagues.”

“It wonderful presentation gave a romantic feel and its staff here excellent in providing comfort and making it a pleasant stay. I would come back and recommend this hotel to all my associates.”

“This hotel is very convenient for a quick, relaxing overnight stay in St. Thomas. The beach is very nice, clean and close to room and the restaurant on site as well as adjacent property is excellent.”

• They never left towels after cleaning bathroom.
