• The hotel & grounds were simply beautiful.
• Housekeeping & our room was a step above poor.

“The hotel itself is gorgeous, the staff was awesome. My biggest problem was with housekeeping. They left the same linen on our bed for the next day, left our bathtub dirty and only left part of our towels half of the time. Our room was really crappy; there was mold around the caulking of the tub, the drapes looked like someone just threw them up on the rod and there were actual holes in the ceiling & walls were fixtures went unfinished and plugs hanging out the sockets showing exposed wires.”

• Beautiful beach, water, pool,.
• Very hard to communicate.

“We did not stay at the paradises Punta canal due to over booking by the resort. They did send us to their sister resort, paradises Palma real, so the above rating is for this resort.”

• Everyone is friendly and willing to help.
• this place does not have a clock anywhere (who needs the time when on vacation)

“This is a very beautiful resort. Friendly atmosphere, everyone willing to help. I have not seen a sad face the whole time we were there. Definitely recommend this resort. We are already planning our next visit with a few of our friends.”
