• Nice clean room, WI-FI.
• No continental breakfast. Restaurant only had breakfast buffet (no menu orders), which was old/cold at 10 am.

“Very clean room, but beds were hard! Also, mini coffee maker in room only makes 1 cup at a time. WI-FI was very fast, even allowing us to watch streaming movies from Netflix. Nice large shower head was a plus, but water temp fluctuated quite a bit.”

• Restaurant staff was wonderful, enjoyed being in a room by the pool even though didn't get to get in.
• No vent in bathroom. housekeeping was very pushy.

“The entrance to your hotel was very nice. Layout of the hotel was presentable and very clean. Room was clean but basic. Need more parking.”

• Location was good and within walking distance of downtown area.
• I did not like the shower curtain had mildew on the bottom, dirt was in the corners of the bathroom. I was not pleased with the way the room appear new.

• Cleanliness of the room.
• The hotel charged me again for my room.

“Desk clerks were unfriendly, acted like they did not like their jobs. Cleaning staff were very nice. I was charged again for my room. Trying to get it straightened out was a major pain.”

• The store was located near stores and attractions.
• The restaurant stated they had a buffet but in 3 days, they never had one.

“Good location, fair price, recommended when you want to visit the area.”

• Check-in and check out was quick.
• The hotel is a budget version, hard to find unless you have good directions.

“The hotel is nice for the money you pay. It was an older hotel which has been painted as was apparent from the paint spots on the entry door. There were bees flying around outside the room and we had to run in or out quickly whenever we left the room. The bed was comfortable and the hotel staff were very friendly.”

• I did not stay at the hotel because I didn't find the quality of the hotel up to my standards. This was based on its outer appearance.

“I was very disappointed with my assigned hotel. Instead of staying at this hotel, my husband and I stayed at the nearby Baymont Inn located in Cherokee, NC which I booked through another on line service. ”
