• Decor.
• Elevator did not consistently operate correctly.

“Friendly personnel, nice pool/Jacuzzi area, nice decor. Would like to have an ice machine on every floor, and of course, an elevator that would make it to the 3rd floor.”

• Shuttle to the casino, continental breakfast and friendly service with a smile.
• Location was a little off, but I can't complain.

• Noisy kids in a room next to swimming pool and the door to the pool was loud.

• Impressed by the overall cleanliness and the indoor pool.
• Nothing.

“We enjoyed the comfort of the rooms. The rooms were large enough for two adults and two children. The rooms were kept very clean. We also enjoyed using the indoor pool facility.”

• Bed was really nice and comfortable. Bath was great.
• First sent us to a smoking room after choosing non.

“The front desk eagerly switched our room to a non-smoking and upgraded with a whirlpool bath, which was great.”

• Lack of continental breakfast items, movie not playing in lounge like they said.

• The location was perfect, not too far away from everything.
• The size of the bed was perfect, but the mattress was a little hard.

“We had a great time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They even printed out a map with directions to get to a local store.”

• Internet access was down.

“Nice, friendly employees. The rooms were neat and clean. It was located about a mile away from the casino, but not too far. We enjoyed our stay. It was nice and quiet for a one-night getaway!”

• The beds/pillows were very comfortable.
• The room did not have a microwave or refrigerator.

“The hotel was very clean and attractive, near to local attractions and the staff was very courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again. The indoor pool was a very nice extra that I did not expect from a 2-star rated hotel. The hotel far exceeded its rating.”

• Newness, location.
• Shower stall, bathroom door.

“Hotel was very nice in appearance. We could not locate it with our GPS. We were told because it is on Federal Land. Room was quite nice but shower stall was slippery, had no place to put anything, water pressure was very, very low and bathroom door made a great deal of noise every time it was opened or closed. This was quite annoying at night.”

• Hotel was clean, staff pleasant, and close to many attractions.
• Shuttle to casino did not run late enough.

“We had a very enjoyable stay. The scenery was beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely friendly & courteous. The hotel condition was clean and all amenities were present and in working condition.”
