• Location is so great.
• None of the receptionist aware of customer satisfaction.

“I strongly suggest people whom would like to stay at Monaco not to consider le meridian hotel due to lack of customer satisfaction of receptionists thus technical problems such as elevators are usually out of order, rooms have problems as like showers out of order or room's window curtains are not closed automatically .moreover as a customer if you carry these problems to reception they do not immediately respond to your inquiry. And discrimination between French speaking customers and others can be seen.”

• Very nice room, right on beach.
• On busy street, jellyfish at beach with no warning sign, hotel charged me for room too.

“Hotel is nice. You should be finding us deals, not ripping us off, at least that's what your advertising implies. Your competitors get the hotels to pay commission instead of charging the customer extra. Not to mention that you guys charged me twice. Wow, what a bad experience!”

• Friendly staff, good food.
• Expensive mini bar.

“Excellent, staff are very friendly, food is excellent. Drinks are expensive from the mini bar. Really nice at the back by the private beach.”
