• Clean, nice bedding, nice bathrooms, spacious, nice staff, attentive.
• I wish the food was a little better.

“It is a 3 star with 4 star room. Keep in mind that people do not go to Medina to stay in a hotel, they go to the religious attractions. Would I go back to the Marriott Medina, yes! All in all it was comfortable and the staff was friendly and attentive. Bedding, which is important to me was ok. Room was very clean and I was comfortable. My only problem was that we had ordered an extra bed as my two children were traveling with us. The extra bed had a nail protruding and it cut my daughters leg. When we called the AYS (at your service desk) they did not seem to understand that we needed a first aid kit to attend to her wound. They speak Arabic and we don't. Once we got pass the language barrier, I and a maintenance man came up to hammer in the nail. The food was ok and plentiful but again 3 star food.”
