• Wonderful location, provided robes.
• Great location, room cleanliness questionable, some rooms very old and worn, some brand new, got old one.

“The Hotel is in a great location in Gent. The service is fairly poor but this may reflect a Gent trend. In general the staff seemed to think the minimum was more than enough. Even the bed in our room was worn out and we both sank towards the middle and woke up with aching backs. The only internet service in the room was dialup thru the phone even if it stated that the rooms were wired. The room are in process of being upgraded so the room next to us was very nice, in the Euro IKEA style and it was wired for the internet. Unfortunately, it was not available to us. The staff had a detailed understanding of which rooms had been upgraded and they were given out accordingly. ”
